My experience with Chesterfield Land…
My experience with Chesterfield Land Rover has been 5-star from start to finish. Ashley, who dealt with me throughout the process, was absolutely amazing. I live over three hours away in South Wales, but that never felt like a problem. Ashley kept me updated with videos and emails, answered every question I had, and was always available whenever I needed anything.
Having had some bad experiences with other car companies over the years, and not always having much luck with my cars, I was understandably quite apprehensive. Ashley completely reassured me throughout the whole process and genuinely went the extra mile for me on every visit. His customer service was exceptional, and I always felt that I was in safe hands.
I’m extremely happy with the service I received and would definitely recommend Chesterfield Land Rover, especially Ashley. He made the whole experience easy, enjoyable and stress-free.
And to top it all off, I had a lovely bunch of flowers waiting for me in my new car — such a thoughtful touch! 🌸

From the initial phone call the service was excellent. Ben who we dealt with was extremely knowledgeable polite and a pleasant to deal with.
On picking up the car he made it very special me.

The car we bought is fantastic exactly what we wanted. The service we received from Vertu Land Rover Chesterfield was outstanding and far exceeded our expectations. Excellent throughout
From the very first moment I made contact with the Chesterfield branch of Vertu, things were excellent.
I got a test drive on the day, we negotiated on the day (not because I was pushed to but because I wanted to). The admin side was according to regulations (so a bit tedious) but made simple by what appears to be an excellent system to handle signatures and other things efficiently via digital means. Communication during the process was clear and prompt. Then I got the car yesterday (3 days after first contact) and drove away very satisfied and impressed by the slickness of the process (and the car is very nice too!).
Virtue (and David W. in this case who was my contact), made it a very good experience which many other dealerships could learn a lot from. A note to Ryan also who came to wish me well on delivery of the car; nice touch.

Is this reflective of your staff attitude on how to drive a Land Rover?
Have a word with the driver of the branded Vertu Land Rover Chesterfield car YT25XKO. 28.07.26 - 8.50 am between Eckington and Chesterfield driving erratically, speeding and throwing rubbish out of the driver's window whilst I was driving behind. It's not a good look for your business if it's one of your staff.

I can't recommend Vertu Land Rover…
I can't recommend Vertu Land Rover Chesterfield highly enough. This is the second vehicle I've purchased from them, and on both occasions the experience has been outstanding from start to finish.
A special mention has to go to the Sales Manager, Antony, and Sales Executive, Ashley. They both went above and beyond to make the whole process enjoyable, stress-free, and genuinely memorable. Nothing was too much trouble, and they took the time to make sure everything was perfect.

This is the second car I’ve bought from…
This is the second car I’ve bought from Land Rover Chesterfield and they have been brilliant. The whole dealership is so friendly and welcoming. Ryan and Danielle have done everything possible to make this another special purchase. For me the most important part is the after sales service you get and knowing any problems are resolved as a priority. Yes I’ve had a couple of issues but that’s used cars and no fault of the dealer but knowing when I call they will do everything to sort it is priceless. I have recommended Danielle and Ryan to people looking for Land Rover products with complete confidence. Will always use them and love the car.
