I decided on Monday morning to start looking for a new Qashqai, my fourth. I thought might take a while to find something and rang a few dealerships to make initial enquiries. Amongst these was Vertu Bradford, who were fabulous. Nasir and Alex were so helpful in giving me all the information I needed for me to decide which model and spec were best suited to my driving and needs. I was fortunate in that they had exactly the car I wanted, a brand new Tekna ePower and I collected it on the Wednesday. No hard sell, just very helpful and comprehensive advice. Completely stress free and I got a really good deal on price. Very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend Vertu Bradford.

Vertu Nissan Bradford quite possibly the worst possible place to purchase a car nothing but problems from the get go. Take weeks to "fix" the problem but return car with the same problem multiple times. Then they employ drivers that return your car with a big dent in the door and full of empty drinks bottles and people finger nail clippings

Alex Sorley greeted me with a smile and on entering the car showroom and complex. To offer context I had been in an RTA and was nervous about the whole process of a car purchase. Alex quickly understood what I was looking for and arranged a test drive, but as a passenger to allay my anxiety of driving an unfamiliar car. Alex was informative and considerate and this made my decision to purchase the car all the more easier. I didn’t feel pressured but listen too. I am very happy with the car purchase it meets all my requirements.
There was a hiccup with the online form filling but that was overcome.
I’m used to having paper copies of everything and will now consider using the online portal. Of course I would have preferred a lower rate of interest rate. I was assured it was standard for a used car.
I would recommend Alex and the Vertu group to others who are considering a car purchase in the future. It was a pleasant experience.
Thank you Alex for your friendly manner, knowledge and expertise.
A negative was the lack of visitor parking places on the complex, numerous new and used cars on site. It is a potential hazard entering, walking around and exiting.

My experience at vertu bradford was so good right from start to finish. And a big Thanks to Steven mcghie as I've never drove an automatic he explained it so when I went for my test drive I was not so nervous. The customer service is excellent

Super easy and smooth experience throughout. Alex was very thorough and helpful. Can not fault him at all and our Autistic son was very happy to hear the man giving us our new car had the same name.
The only downside for me was no floor mats in a barely a year old car and no option to buy them on site since it was Saturday. Its minor I know and I have ordered some online but I just felt a little let down by that. Again Alex was amazing even going to look for any old ones he could find.

Took car to Vertu Nissan in Bradford for service. Book for a while you wait set ice 1:30-4pm. Car was taken into workshop approx 3pm and completed approx 4:50pm, almost one hour late. Wash & vac no longer included. Technician performed a miracle by supposedly putting 250ml of screenwash into the container that was already full to brim. 2 friendly ladies on reception were rushed off their feet, management need to rethink staffing.
*To compound the poor customer service I received a reply to Google review from the general manager asking me to email him, I tried but email was not delivered as email address provided by him was not recognised.
* customer experience email address provided by Danielle also failed as not recognised. I hope they have serviced our car in a more competant manner?
