We were asked what we were looking for and Jake found us the car, sadly it was in the one colour we said we didn’t want. Jake took us on a test drive and shared his knowledge of the vehicle. On our return he went to search what we thought was going to be a database but the next minute he shows us the PERFECT car in the best colour. Along the way Jake was understanding of my situation and supported me through the difficulties I faced, keeping me informed each step of the way.

The only good thing I can say about the experience, is that I got a good deal with Vertu through CarWow. The handover of the brand new Qashqai didn't go smoothly and badly spoiled what should have been a nice day. After the kind offer of a full tank of fuel in the car, whilst we went with the salesman to fill up, a amber E-power system warning light came on. Returning to the dealership for the service dept to look at the fault, was told they had not seen this warning and yet a simple Google search shows it's not that uncommon in Nissan models. So they rebooted the engine management system and sent us away, the following 2 days back at home it reappeared. After contacting the dealership I was told to book it into a local Nissan dealership which I did. Dropped the car off there to be told there was a factory recall on the car and that Vertu Darlington should have done this before the sale of the car. I don't doubt that they will come up with some reply to my review, but this is my honest review of my experience. I must add that Bradley the salesman I dealt with during purchasing the car was brilliant.

Paul Bilton was friendly and helpful, as were all the staff. Paul helped find a car that met our requirements. He answered all our questions clearly and set out the financial arrangements that we agreed to. He was helpfully flexible in arranging the pick up and transfer etc.
We are very happy with the car and the service from Paul and would be more than happy to deal with Paul on our next change of car.

I agreed to pick the car up on Saturday 16th may the sales man rang Friday night about 5.40 to say it would not be ready so we agreed Monday i arrived at 9 am only to find it still wasn't ready.
