Horrible Garage
About as much use as a chocolate fire guard. Bought a car from there in 2024, the exhaust went not long after as did the gears. Called the garage and they didn’t accept any responsibility, basically wanted to pawn it off on me. Horrible customer service, didn’t care after sale, only bothered about getting money.

Great service, great cars!
My experience of buying a new car from Skoda at Darlington, was absolutely 1st class. At 72years of age I was surprised how all the paperwork is now completed on a ipad, which made everything appear so simple. The salesman Mat was brilliant and very efficient. He was very polite, nothing was too much trouble for him. When it came to collecting the car, he went through all the features and controls with me. As for the car the Skoda Karoq, its a comfortable ride and wonderful to drive. It feels a solid vehicle, the dash is all computerised which for me will take sometime to find my way around. Its an amazing car and I look forward to driving it for many years! I cannot find fault with anything about my experience with Skoda, great service great cars!

Great used car sales experience
When left stranded without a car, Nissan at Darlington were very supportive, listened to our situation and needs and made the whole process of buying a car easy. The staff were engaging and attentive, nothing was too much trouble and options / sale explained simply. I never felt under any obligation just put at ease with time, space and facts to make a decision. All in all a great experience and we love the car. Would highly recommend and would consider for a future purchase.

Dropped my new van off to have a towbar fitted. Not the most complicated of jobs you'd have thought but was for Vertu Nissan Darlington.
They tried to fit the wrong towbar then couldn't correct the electrical warnings so refused to hand it back.
Now without my van.
Should have known better than to use a main dealer. Hopeless.
