Fantastic sales service. The sales advisor was a pleasure to deal with, nothing was to much trouble and he had a great knowledge of the vehicles I was interested in.
When the my purchase was handed over the dealershio manager also became involved introducing himself and chatting about the purchase.

Fantastic Service!
Upon my arrival, I was made very welcome by Joanne.
Joanne answered all my questions confidently and knowledgeable, with plenty of enthusiasm.
We were shown around the showroom, explaining in great detail what options we had with our choices of each vehicle we liked.
I found the customer service was fantastic, professional and friendly..
We will definitely be back to see Joanne at Nissan Vertu in the future!

Bought a new nissan xtrail on July 2025…
Bought a new nissan xtrail on July 2025 whe I tried to put petrol in i couldn't get the petrol flap open I'm now five times going to then and them ordering the part necessary not once but twice and they have ordered the wrong part I'm now waiting for a third time if I knew they were going to be this bad I would have not touched them with a barge pole truly useless

Sahil listened to our requirements and showed us the car that had them all. He did not try to sell what didn't meet our needs. The manager also made sure we were aware of all the offers available to get the best price and deal for our car.

From first visiting the dealership to place an order to collecting the new car two weeks later, we were looked after extremely well nothing was too much trouble I was kept informed of the full process by telephone, email and txt this made buying the car so simple.
