Excellent service throughout
Having purchased a Brand new car from another dealership and having to reject it due to its many faults, I was very nervous about buying something else .
We chose Derbys Vertu Motors Peugeot
We were greeted by a lovely friendly guy at customer services who chatted with us explaining the process and then introduced us to Adam our salesman .
We sat down explained all about the problems we had previously and still encountering from Statstones
Adam listened advised us on the different finance options available to us was very knowledgeable on all cars available great sense of humour and most of all very patient
We had test runs in 2 different cars
Nothing was too much trouble and by this time we had the finance manager also running around helping Adam
Was a lovely experience with them compared to the other awful experience. Previously .
Adam was on hols for a week so Tom took over and couldn't do enough to alay my fears
I would definitely recommend this branch of vertu motors
The handover was exciting in the end and I love my new car .
I also want to say thank you to the team who answer the calls all who are so friendly polite and courteous and very helofull every time I've rung. them

The salesman lacked experience in…
The salesman lacked experience in selling as there was lack of communication! Nobody had a clue where my car was when I enquired, 7 weeks later I had to go into virtu Derby to ask if it had arrived. The salesman had left me a message saying he had booked me in for the 9th of March but with no more info only thathe was on leave for three weeks. So when I enquired about my car to another salesman there was no information passed on. Credit to them they did get the car ready for me on the 9th and I'm very happy with it.
I really don't understand when you order your car they don't really no where it is...

Excellent customer service
Changing my car for the first time in ten years and saw a trade-in for sale at Peugeot Derby. After thorough checks of the vehicle inside and out and a test drive, this and all the sale procedures were efficiently and patiently handled by salesman Wahid.
Five days later the car was delivered. Two months on and I'm very pleased with the car. Thank you Wahid.

My experience with Vertu Motors was very pleasant and enjoyable from enquiry to delivery. The process was extremely quick, started on Monday and had my car delivered by Friday.
The employees were lovely, spoke with Donna when I first reached out and Wahid from the sales team handled my case. All in all, it was an enjoyable experience and I would highly recommend this dealership.

⭐ 1/5 - Appalling Service - Do Not Recommend
I am extremely dissatisfied with Peugeot's service and customer care.
My vehicle, only one year old and still under warranty, developed a dashboard light fault. I was charged £160 simply to reset it - an unreasonable cost for such a minor issue on a nearly new car.
When I raised a goodwill complaint, Peugeot Customer Services rejected it without proper explanation, citing only "nature of the issue" and stating their decision was "final" with no room for discussion.
Most concerning was that the company refused to return my vehicle, leaving me without transport. I was forced to use taxis to take my children to school, causing significant inconvenience and additional expense.
This experience has shown a complete lack of customer care and accountability. For a company that claims to value reliability and customer support, their actions demonstrate otherwise.
I strongly advise potential customers to avoid Peugeot. When issues arise - even on vehicles under warranty - you will receive no support and may face unreasonable charges and poor treatment.
Consider alternative manufacturers who genuinely stand behind their products.
