Shocking communication. Car still not fixed.
Put car in for repair. Got sent the video showing all the “faults” that needed fixed. Agreed to the main one at huge cost. They did the work which DID NOT fix the car problem! Now telling me I need to pay £1000+ MORE for something they still can’t ensure will fix the problem. Lack of communication. Don’t call back when they say they will. Emails unanswered. Shocking service and car still not resolved!!

Very Bad company with Zero customer service satisfaction
After I complained on here, The sales manager Darren reached out and told me my airbag light will be fixed and that he will get me a courtesy car to allow them fix my car properly. Now my car panoramic sunroof is leaking into the car all within less than 1 year and 3 months. And without diagnosis, they are already telling me my warranty wont cover this time around. How will I say I buy 2 cars within space of less than 3 years and it all keep having issues and problems. They lie about so many things. This person on the call says they can't provide me loan car and Darren the sales manager have not responded to my email and they are also dodging him from me when I ask to be passed on to him. This has been going on since January 6th this year.
I will have to use other route to pursue my claim against this company. This is frustrating
