Looking for a used but expensive car
Looking for a used but expensive car. I visited this place last week and went into the showroom around 10am, lots of staff around doing very little but was ignored for about 15 minutes. Eventually I was asked if they could assist me! The salesman was uninterested when he showed me the car adding I have an appointment in ten minutes. What more can I say about diabolical service and lack of customer care!

Worst service team and customer services vertu phoenix paisley
Numerous visits to service team at vertu phoenix Paisley. Give poor advice on what was required several times, spent £2500 on repairs to engine fault. Over 6 months to be told after poor repairs, car needs new engine. Don't use them as their customer services team are as good as the service team. They dont answer complaints. Worst treatment ever experienced. Don't use them in paisley.

I have listed the repairs complete on the car below:
17/04/2024 - Coil pack and spark plugs replaced
30/09/2024 - Wet belt failed
10/01/2025 - EML on - Diagnostic investigation traced to low oil topped up and advised to drive 600 miles for us to carry out consumption test. Test showed engine internally burning oil.
On both occasions with the timing belt and the engine burning oil we have approached Peugeot customer cate for goodwill due to severity of the faults, but they refused due to the service history we were provided by the customer being insufficient. I understand your frustrations with cost involved. However we can only follow manufacture guidelines.
