Very knowledgeable, enjoyable experience
My wife and I called into the Derby Skoda dealership in a more of inquisitive mood than a buying mood. I had previously travelled in a Karoq and we were looking around that model in the showroom when we were approached by Martin who was very pleasant and gave us a basic introduction to the car before handing us over to Charlotte who engaged us in a more detailed conversation about the car. I never felt under any pressure whilst we were discussing the car and even after the test drive we thanked Charlotte and left to think it over. We went back for a second look a few days later and asked for a second test drive and afterwards bought the car. It was a very enjoyable experience.

He was informative and knowledgeable and did not pressurise me into a making a purchase, but did help me with looking at all the options. We had an excellent experience purchasing our ‘new to us’ Škoda at the Derby branch. Charlotte was great and found us the perfect car, catering exactly to our needs. She was low pressure and really friendly and ultimately we’ve walked away with a car we are super happy with! Andy was also really helpful with our part-exchange. My initial visit was with a friend who went to collect his new Skoda . Having spoke with one of the sales team before christmas . I kept watching there page on Facebook and there was 2 that I was interested in . Called the dealership one was available so went to view , no pressure from the sales team and bought it .
