Good help in changing to a new EV
End of September I ordered a new Skoda Elroq from the factory which was delivered end of December. This is my first EV and hadn't driven an automatic for 25 years. The test drive was important for me and the assistance I got from Skoda staff with questions, and the test drive, was streets ahead of other makes I looked at. Well pleased with the purchase process and the car.

An excellent sales experience
I couldn’t have had a better experience with my salesperson, Mark, who was welcoming, helpful, knowledgeable, and happy to spend as much time as it took to explain everything I needed to know about owning and driving an EV. He worked with me every step of the way, to make sure I had a seamless and completely positive experience, despite a couple of issues on my side. I was delighted not just with the service, but also with the final product.

Great service from Olly - very helpful , he made the purchasing process simple , took me on a test drive and gave me a good deal. He set up the car for me , connected it to my Skoda phone app and adjusted all the settings . I’ll definitely get my next car from skoda Derby

Excellent dealership, particularly Ryan Edwards
The chap I dealt with - Ryan Edwards - was amazingly helpful.
I was buying online and Ryan held the car for me and immediately sent me a walk round video of the car, even including some cosmetic flaws that would be rectified.
Looked after me on Finance options and arranging for collection from Derby.
Some scuffed alloys and a bodywork dent couldn't be fixed in time and Ryan went above and beyond in arranging for that to be done at my local Vertu dealer here in Yorkshire and paid for by Vertu.

Recently visited the showroom for a Skoda superb service . I have requested for new vehicle interest . I was swiftly contacted by Mr Ryan Edwards and gone through couple of options and provided the details what is relevant in easily understandable format . There was small hitch with personalised video which only opened once . Apart from that no problems in the sales point of view . Check out of new vehicle was very quick to point . Only thing which I was little misguided by the information on website of body shop ( which was not available in this centre )

Overall from start to finish had a very positive experience swapping my Karoq for a new Kodiaq in September.

It worked out in the end
It wasn’t plain sailing getting my car, there was some delays due to Grimsby port not having space to take delivery. So, the team at Derby Škoda, managed to find me another car, which although wasn’t my first choice of colour had other added extras, which was a bonus.
I’d like to personally thank Luke and Ben for all their work front and back of house to pull this off.
Well done guys, now let’s hope the after sales are as good as the sales team, fingers crossed!
