Buying a new car is a challenge at best of times, the choice the anticipation the getting it all correct in a reasonable time scale all adds up to being more than pleased with your final choice, the joy is immense.

Overall fantastic experience. The staff are very helpful, explained everything to me clearly, and answered all my questions. The staff was very cheerful and polite, we had Linda Lord helping us with the process she made it very simple and explained/shown everything needed. She was kind enough to move my car to an easier spot for me to exit which really helped with my nerves for my first drive alone.

5 star service from Vertu Motors Leicester
I had an issue with the infotainment system in my Skoda Fabia which I couldn`t resolve so decided that my only course of action was to seek the service of the people that should know the answer. I booked my car in for a diagnostic check at Vertu Motors Skoda Leicester. When I arrived I went to the service reception where I was welcomed by Trish, the service receptionist. She spoke to one of the engineers to ask if he have a quick look to see if it could be quick fix, We went to my car and he had a look at the issue and he worked out what the problem was and with a few swift key strokes resolved the problem. I was back on the road before my appointment time.
I found the whole experience 5 star and can`t think of any thing more that they could have done to improve the whole experience.

From my appointment to order my new mobility car with David Ilett every thing was easy and explained, I was kept informed about the status of my new mobility car.
On hand over day David Ilett was really polite, friendly and helpful as he was when I ordered my new car.
He made sure I knew everything I needed to know as it's my first EV.
If my new Skoda enyaq is as good as my last Skoda karoq, it will be a fantastic car.
As always I had great customer service at Skoda Leicester.

Customer service is everything.
If you don’t get your customer service right then you make life difficult for yourself. Let me explain. I have just bought my 3rd Skoda Karoq from the same Skoda garage. I keep going back because, not only do I love my Karoqs but I love the way that my interest in upgrading is managed by the Sales staff. Take Dave Ilett for instance. A salesman with a wealth of experience who knows exactly how to manage potential customers, both new and returning. There’s no pressure selling with Dave. His engaging and caring personality linked with his product knowledge are, to me, the reasons why returning customers seek him out.
I drove away from Vertu a happy man yesterday. Not just because I had my brand new car but because of the outstanding service I received throughout the purchase process. Thanks once again David.
Also a special mention for Sales Manager Dave Clarke who initially spoke with me until Dave Ilett was available. Clearly a very knowledgeable Manager with a very helpful and caring attitude towards customers and his staff.

Salesperson listened to my requirements, she then searched available stock and found exactly what I wanted.
Car was in Nottingham and I went there, liked the car and called Linda to sell it to me.
Was offered a fair price for my trade-in (more than car-buying sites were offering).
I would award the "back room" part of the business 3 ½ stars - 11.00am collection delayed till 3.30pm; spare wheel pack requested at time order placed (3rd April), car collected 10th April, but spare wheel not yet ordered!

Loving my new Škoda Kamiq. The moment I walked into the showroom at Vertu Leicester, all the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. There was no pressure at all by the sales team which really put me at ease. I was given two test drives to help me make the decision on which car to purchase.
