Good Communication and Excellent Customer Care
I recently purchased a Toyota Corolla from Vertu Toyota Chesterfield and had a positive experience overall.
Ben Walne was helpful, responsive and professional throughout the process. He took the time to answer my questions, kept me updated and was always available when I needed assistance.
There were a few delays and some uncertainty around the finance process, but Ben remained communicative throughout and worked hard to get everything completed. The handover was smooth and he even followed up afterwards to make sure both my daughter and I were enjoying the new car.
Thank you Ben and the team for your help. I’m very pleased with the car and would happily recommend Vertu Toyota Chesterfield to others.

A genuinely brilliant experience
I purchased a 2023 plate Toyota Yaris from Vertu Toyota Chesterfield. Having spotted the advert for the car I was able to reserve it prior to inspection a few days later. I dealt with James Ross, who was wonderful from start to finish. James kept me informed at all stages from the car being prepared for presentation, through test drive (where his explanations about driving an automatic for the first time were clear and reassuring) to sale and pick-up. He worked through add-on options without a hint of hard-sell and I felt comfortable and in-control of my purchase(s) at all times. The day of pick-up was special and I received a thorough reminder as to the car's features. James couldn't have been more helpful and even phoned me three days later to check that everything was OK and to see how I was finding the new car.
I feel the whole team at Chesterfield - from the lovely assistants who welcomed me and brought drinks, to other individuals who introduced themselves and offered assistance, through to James Ross - were welcoming, clear, open, friendly and reliable at all times. This turned what can (in my experience) be a potentially stressful experience into a relatively relaxed and enjoyable one. The car itself is wonderful to drive and I feel confident that, should any problems arise, the required support would be there for me. Based on this experience, I will definitely be recommending Toyota Chesterfield to friends.

At all stages throughout the process I received a high level of explanatory discussion and was allowed to take time to understand and come to a decision. As soon as you walk through the door you are made to feel welcome but not made to feel pressered into anything(no pushy sales like at some car sales ).Ben W was very good with communication, any email/phonecall was replied to more or less straight away.
I didn't feel pressered into buying any extra options which were offered like some companys do.
Would definatley recommend this car sales.

Relaxed, knowledgeable and efficient
This is our 3rd new car from the Chesterfield branch and we have always had excellent support and service. Our senior sales executive John Wood guided us in our choices with patience, grace, humour and flexibility. The process was unrushed, but speedy. John and his sales team manager Aiden offered a good package and we drove off in our new CHR Sport within four weeks from our initial enquiries. All the staff at the branch were friendly and the free coffees and biscuits were much appreciated.
