Extremely satisfied with all aspects of car purchase. Ben did a great job of looking after my needs and extremely helpful. His video pre test drive and pre delivery of car were excellent and were very helpful. Would recommend both the dealer and Ben (sales person). Julie (showroom host) alsogave a good explanation of car features and very knowledgable.

I was met with courtesy and helpfulness by your sales representative. At all stages throughout the process I received a high level of explanatory discussion and was allowed to take time to understand and come to a decision. This continued throughout the process, from the date I was first in the showroom to the 21st April when I picked up my new car.

good with communication
As soon as you walk through the door you are made to feel welcome but not made to feel pressered into anything(no pushy sales like at some car sales ).Ben W was very good with communication, any email/phonecall was replied to more or less straight away.
I didn't feel pressered into buying any extra options which were offered like some companys do.
Would definatley recommend this car sales.

The way we were dealt with through out looking for car was a good experience, being looked after by Ben. He listened to our needs and kept us up dated. Then the smooth transition of dealing with old car and driving away with new was seemless. Ben now looking for car for my husband. Thanks

Relaxed, knowledgeable and efficient
This is our 3rd new car from the Chesterfield branch and we have always had excellent support and service. Our senior sales executive John Wood guided us in our choices with patience, grace, humour and flexibility. The process was unrushed, but speedy. John and his sales team manager Aiden offered a good package and we drove off in our new CHR Sport within four weeks from our initial enquiries. All the staff at the branch were friendly and the free coffees and biscuits were much appreciated.

I’ve got to say we were very happy with our car purchase from Vertu Toyota Chesterfield. Kian the Sales Executive who looked after us was a breath of fresh air,he was so easy to deal with and nothing was to much trouble for him. Everything was dealt with professionally and in a pleasant manner. Such a consumer friendly garage
Such a consumer friendly garage - the best Toyota one that I’ve experienced, this is my fifth Toyota car. The general
Manager even came over to introduce himself to me and offered to collect my car for servicing if needed. Also, when there was a small hiccup caused by Toyota not the garage, I had a personal call from one of the managers apologising, who then went above and beyond to sort it out for me. I can thoroughly recommend buying from them as opposed to a larger more corporate garage where I have purchased cars from before. Well done Vertu Toyota Chesterfield!

Relaxed, no-pressure experience
The showroom team were really friendly and helpful from first phone contact. It was a totally no-pressure experience with lots of advice re model options, price and colours. My test drive was relaxed and allowed me to try every feature of the car at my own pace. Exactly two weeks after ordering, my new car was ready for collection. The sales team went above and beyond to order in some accessories I chose last minute and fit them in time for collection.
Collection day was an amazing experience! They did a 'reveal' of my car, set up the infotainment screen to my phone to use the satnav, and radio stations I liked.
As a nature lover, the sales manager then thanked me for the purchase. I received a thank-you card from the team impregnated with wild flowers to plant in the garden. Lovely touch!
Would highly recommended the Toyota Chesterfield experience.

New Aygo X from Vertu…
Just collected my new Aygo X from Vertu Chesterfield. It is amazing! Hybrid engine, so amazing mpg. Very comfortable and easy to drive.
But the best thing is that the staff are so helpful and considerate. The whole process was quick and easy and I wasn't put under pressure to buy.
