Vertu Toyota give an exceptional service to its customers
Vertu Toyota give an exceptional service from start to finish, from customer service, service department and sales. They respect long term customers with good deals, which does not happen with many companies. The staff are helpful from the minute you walk into the showroom{Doncaster} until you leave.
Greg went over my financial assessment upon which I decided with the good deal offered to me. I decided to update my car. Julie then took over to complete all my paperwork, kept me updated on the progress of my new car and sorted my insurance and Tax to transfer over to my new car etc.
Once the car was ready for me to collect, Julie again was helpful and not being technically minded helped me yet again to pair my phone and maps in the car. Julie has been amazing as she always is and she never makes you feel stupid in answering questions you are unsure about.
I have been with Toyota for over 20 years at the Doncaster branch. It is great and I love driving my Yaris. Thank you all
