Vertu Toyota Leicester: Avoid! Avoid!! Avoid!!! At all cost and for your own good!
These people bought my car and promised that I would be paid within 24 hours after pick up, due to their payments system processes as a large company. I was told in some cases, I could get paid same day.
I waited 24 hours, no payment. I called and I was assured, it would go through by the end of the day.
48 hours, no payment. I called severally and I was spoken to rudely by one of their staff, that the blame is from my bank. I called my bank and they check and there was no inflow expected to my account. I called Toyota back and they said they will escalate it to their accountant for it to be looked into.
72 hours no payment. Now it is a weekend. By next week, it would be nearly a week since they picked my car without payment.
I believe they have deliberately misled me to buy my car.
If the company buys your car through Carwow or Motorway, NEVER EVER agree for them to collect the car unless they have made the payment.
They are not honest, have no respect and treat customers poorly.

I had a great experience buying my Toyota Corolla. The support from the team was excellent from start to finish. They took the time to explain all the features of the car. They made sure I was comfortable and understood everything.

I went to Vertu Toyota after looking into what car i wanted so i could see it in person. Khyesh helped me by looking at the different models and colours. The test drive was a great drive and not just round the block, Khyesh helped tell me what to do as it was my first time in an automatic. He was really clear with all the information and friendly. Incredible Service
I felt truly valued from beginning to end. Having found my dream car online at the dealership I called and made an appointment to view the vehicle.
I was immediately told that the one I wanted had been sold, but there was another that was similar and I was welcome to come and view that one.
I went to see vehicle the following day with my friend who is very knowledgeable about cars and all things related, as he owns his own garage.
We were both impressed by the salesman’s knowledge. He answered most of the questions that my friend had when he gave the overview and he was more than happy to answer anything we asked even the girly style questions. I found him kind, knowledgeable, and receptive to my needs and budget.
We went outside and I was able to sit in the vehicle and be shown the key points whilst my friend checked the bodywork. There was a scratch on rear passenger side but we were advised that it was on the list to be removed.
The purchase was made, and I did add some extras all of which were sorted for the following day when surprisingly I was able. To collect my my car.
The receptionist greeted me by my name and the salesman could not have done any more to reassure me that the right choice had been made the following day.
He was very thorough during the handover and went the extra mile to pair my phone to the Toyota system.
Before I left, he assured me that I could contact him at any time with any problem and even come into the dealership for help. If he wasn’t available, somebody else would be happy to help me. I genuinely believe this to be true.
I drove off feeling confident and happy. I love my car even more than I thought I would.
If anyone I know is looking for a Toyota new or used car I shall certainly recommend 100%.
