I had a fantastic experience with Vertu Leicester from start to finish. The whole process was clear, straightforward, and completely stress free. Every question I had was answered thoroughly and professionally, which made me feel confident and well informed throughout my car purchase.
A special thank you to Lily, who was incredibly helpful and friendly. There was absolutely no pressure at any point, and she made sure I was comfortable and happy with my decision. My app was not working
My app was not working . Was told the only person that could help had gone on holiday and I would have to wait until feb to get somone to look at it . I came into the dealership today because I was really worried about the warnings coming up on my phone and Sohail Ahmed came out to my car with me and sorted the problem straight away . New and now permanent customer to Toyota
Look, buying a car from a significant dealership can be tricky. Kept there for quite some considerable time for the hard sell. It’s a lot of money you’re spending right. So my experience at Toyota was a little different. I’d researched what I wanted and found the car I wanted. I also picked my salesman in effect. Kelvin at Leicester. Possibly the best experience of purchasing I’ve ever had and despite buying a used car the experience was like that of purchasing a new car.

Sohail Ahmed has always given me 100% satisfaction every time I come in for help. I needed private plate put on the car he sold me and he never hesitates to help everyone.
