So happy

The customer service here is excellent, the staff member I had was so patient and helpful with all my questions and indecisiveness. Buying a new car is a big decision and he made it as easy as possible even setting up the satnav and phone for me. Definitely recommend others using this place.

We recently collected my son’s mobility…

We recently collected my son’s mobility car from Vertu Vauxhall Durham and the service we received was excellent from start to finish.

The whole experience felt very personal and supportive. Everything was explained clearly and patiently, and we never felt rushed or overwhelmed. All the features of the car were demonstrated properly, and we were guided through everything we needed to know so we felt confident before leaving.

Most importantly, we were made to feel comfortable and understood. With a mobility vehicle, it’s not just about collecting a car, it’s about making sure the person using it feels secure and supported, and they absolutely delivered on that.

Thank you for making what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and positive. We truly appreciate the care and professionalism shown to our family.
