We recently collected my son’s mobility car from Vertu Vauxhall Durham and the service we received was excellent from start to finish.
The whole experience felt very personal and supportive. Everything was explained clearly and patiently, and we never felt rushed or overwhelmed. All the features of the car were demonstrated properly, and we were guided through everything we needed to know so we felt confident before leaving.
Most importantly, we were made to feel comfortable and understood. With a mobility vehicle, it’s not just about collecting a car, it’s about making sure the person using it feels secure and supported, and they absolutely delivered on that.

I always get good advise and treatment off Alyson Stafford at vertu morters Pity Me Durham. Ali always makes sure you pick the rite car for your disability makes sure its OK to get in and out of the car,makes sure you know all the buttons on the dash board etc,
Makes sure you have a test drive so that you can feel the car,anything is not a problem just so professional, kind cheerful and really helpful .

Not a good experience when I went to…
Not a good experience when I went to look at it it wanted body work on the passenger side the sales man said it would be all done when I picked it up it was parked beside another vehicle on that side so couldn’t see it but when I got it home they hadn’t touched the body work so what’s to say that the service etc has been done when they lied about the body work I phoned the sales man about it and they have booked it in on the 07/01/26 for the work to be done this is not very professional and dishonest to the customer so I hope they keep there word this time
