Outstanding staff, easy to order a motability vehe.
Visited to look into a motability car and was met me Wayne Foster who was outstanding. He showed me before I arrived a personal video of the cars I was interested in and then answered all my questions. I was given a thorough look at my options and then the ordering process was efficient and easy. Can't this recommend this gentleman enough.

First class service!!
After looking for months for a first car for my son we found a car on the vertu site. The service we received in terms of call backs, information, help and support was fantastic compared to other large companies we had tried. Lichfield Vauxhall was accommodating in every way possible especially as the car wasn’t at there branch and went above and beyond to make this first car sale a lovely experience. I can’t recommend Martin, James and the two other guys enough..

Wayne Foster was brilliant with us
Wayne Foster was brilliant with us. We had had to wait a while for our poa to come and when it did we went to see him on the 2nd January and I picked my car up on the 13th. The dvla tax was down so he arranged for us to be taken back home then picked us up himself later in the day when it was back up n running. He showed us how everything worked.
