I collected the car on Wednesday. From the start Amy has been more than helpful, she has kept me up to date with everything and has found me the perfect car. They Went Above And Beyond & Great Communication!
This is the third vehicle I have purchased, from Vertu Vauxhall at Lichfield. I just want to send a big shout out, and a special thankyou to Amy Carnall. Nothing has been too much trouble from start to finish, and she has the patience of a saint. I say this, because I'd made multiple calls, of which unusually I was quite indecisive. But the calm, and professional approach from Amy, put me on the right track, to importantly make the correct decision. To mention also, it was the added customer care also, on the collection of the new vehicle. It was the small attention to detail things that mattered, and was impressive also. Amy and the team, kindly fitted my new seat covers ordered, inserted the floor mats, and changed the spare wheel over from my previous car. These are the things that count, and make you feel valued as a customer. I'd like to take this opportunity to thank Amy and the team again, as the whole process, communication, and transaction has been a superb experience!

First class service!!
After looking for months for a first car for my son we found a car on the vertu site. The service we received in terms of call backs, information, help and support was fantastic compared to other large companies we had tried. Lichfield Vauxhall was accommodating in every way possible especially as the car wasn’t at there branch and went above and beyond to make this first car sale a lovely experience. I can’t recommend Martin, James and the two other guys enough..
