Wayne Foster was brilliant with us. We had had to wait a while for our poa to come and when it did we went to see him on the 2nd January and I picked my car up on the 13th. The dvla tax was down so he arranged for us to be taken back home then picked us up himself later in the day when it was back up n running. He showed us how everything worked.

adil and sumeer were extremely helpful and showed me step by step all the features in my car and kept me updated on when my car would be ready, 5 stars to both :)

I had a really positive experience with Vertu. It was easy to find a car I liked, and got a quick response on the availability. I explained to Toby from Vertu Lichfield my worries as I had a very bad experience in the past with purchasing a used car (this was from a private dealer not involved in Vertu) and I was very nervous about purchasing another used car again. Toby was very supportive and understanding of this, he was happy to answer any questions I had, answered all my queries and helped me find a finance option. When I went to view the car the dealership was very welcoming and friendly, Toby was very informative and showed me all around the car and helped me understand the features and how the car runs. I never felt pressured at any point. Toby explained the condition of the car, services and maintenance and checks before reselling, which certainly helped with my anxiety. I’d like to thank Toby and Vertu Lichfield for being such a lovely and welcoming team.

I accompanied my Son to Vertu Lichfield to view a Mokka X the sales person who dealt with our enquiry was Adil he was friendly and knowledgeable and most helpful never pushy he arranged to have any minor problems dealt with efficiently and promptly we also met the managers and other staff who were just as helpful the whole team seemed like one happy family we will certainly use this Dealership for servicing and would certainly recommend them for anyone wanting to purchase a car or need a service Fred

We bought a Mokka X from Vertu Vauxhall, Lichfield. The main salesman who we saw was Adil & he was very easy to deal with, friendly, knowledgeable & happy to answer any questions we asked, not just about the car itself, but about after-sale service. This was the same for the other three staff who we also spoke with on several visits we made prior to purchase. Vertu were also more than happy to resolve a minor issue with car & more than made up for this with their determination that we would have a smooth buying experience.

Visited vertu Lichfield on Sunday just for a browse and ended up buying a car. Was met by a lovely advisor called Ben Berns who was really friendly and knowledgeable. He listened to my needs and budget and did his best to fulfil them. I was really pleased with my purchase and didn’t feel pressured at all to buy a car. He talked me through all my options and all the extra products I could buy to make sure I was completely covered. On the day I picked up my new car the team had gone above and beyond especially Ben to make sure my car was perfect The process from start to finish was so easy and hassle free. I would highly recommend vertu Lichfield to anyone considering purchasing a new car
