Positive experience.
Bought a used car and part exchanged old one. It was a very positive experience which I felt was down to the professionalism and manner in which everything was explained by the sales chap, Mark Allen. He spoke in plain English so everything was easy to understand. I never felt pressured into buying. Everything was digital - guess that’s the way of the world. Car was ready earlier than planned. I’ve had a courtesy call already to see how things are going. I found it all very positive, painless and would deal with them again. Couldn’t fault them really - I’ve no complaints.

A very good buying experience
Having looked around a number of garages looking for a car I must admit I wasn’t looking forward to travelling 20 miles on a red hot summer day to look at more cars but I was pleasantly surprised by my experience at Vauxhall Sunderland. The garage itself is modern and light and well laid out. We were greeted by Mark one of the sales team who was polite and asked us how he could help. We explained we had come to look at a couple of cars. Mark unlocked them for us and showed us around them. He then left us to look around them for ourselves. He then arranged a test drive in them
To cut this short. At no time did Mark put us under any pressure to buy. He explained things to us in a way we understood and checked we did understand the details of the car purchase. He answered our questions. Allowed us time to think about the purchase and understood that this is a decision that requires some thought. He was patient with us and we didn’t feel under pressure.
We did purchase a car from them Mark checked with us to make sure we were happy, which we are.
I was more than happy with the service from the garage

My brother and dad have delt with Mark…
My brother and dad have delt with Mark Allen for several years, I did not hesitate because of their recommendations. Mark explained what extras were available through Vertu, took me for a test drive and was very happy with the experience.
