Fantastic customer service all round
I have a great relationship with Mark Allen from the sales team.. He really cares and went above and beyond to stay in touch with me regarding any newly received used vehicles and deals available for me. He knew that I needed to change my car and took it upon himself to ensure I got what I wanted.
Previously Mark and the service manager worked hard to obtain service documents from other garages to ensure my old car was dealt with under warranty for a serious concern in another dealer.. Without their help, I would have had no chance in resolving it and it would have been very costly.
By the way, their service plans are also spot on and worth considering.
I cannot recommend Virtu Sunderland highly enough.

Used car sales- see Maria Wharton!
Just bought our new car from Vertu and wanted to say a huge thanks to Maria Wharton for all her assistance in getting this over the line.
Upon first enquiry Maria kindly sent us over a video of the car and we booked in to visit the next day.
Maria was very courteous and helpful and everything was done and dusted over a few days to enable us to pick up the new car today.
We hadn’t noticed a scratch on the bonnet, Maria did and was up front about this straight away and went out of her way to let us know it had been noticed and was being sorted at the bodyshop before we left the garage.
Whilst the scratch was being sorted we wandered to the local shops and Maria even offered to come pick us up when the car was ready!
Upon handover Maria showed us around the new car even pairing phones for us, nothing was too much trouble and we thank Maria for her assistance. She is a great asset to your team.
