Just got my 6th car…
This is my 6th car with VW and the service at Vertu Leeds was great. Alex my sales person was very helpful and made everything easy to part-exchange my car and get a new one that I wanted, got my new car 2 weeks later. Everything is simple and I was kept fully informed of progress and what I needed to do. Highly recommend.

Bought a used vw tiguan from vertu in Leeds in September 2024 . When agreeing to buy i was told by the salesman that vw no longer supply service history books as its all held on line .
One year on and when I try to get the service history on line I was told that there isn't one .
After lots of time phoning vertu in Leeds and the vw complaints department, still no response other than passing me from on department to the next.
I paid a lot for this car and now its value is reduced by not having the service record i was told it had.
Beware of believing what you are told . Ask to see everything.

I purchased a VW Approved Used car from…
I purchased a VW Approved Used car from Vertu Volkswagen Leeds on 14 April 2023. Despite my multiple complaints, neither Vertu nor Volkswagen has provided me with the “Approved Used Multipoint Check” to this day. It is a 2014 Polo. I am very disappointed with Vertu Motors and Volkswagen.
Last week, the General Manager of Vertu Volkswagen Leeds sent me a “Maintenance List” and claimed that this was the “Multipoint Inspection.” This is unbelievable.

Exceptional experience
Salesman who listened to what I needed and entered into a meaningful negotiation of the price bringing in his boss at the right moment. The car I have bought exceeds my expectations and I was grateful for the information offered about the features which enabled me to make an informed decision and drive away with an exceptional car. Helen at Vertu Leeds was first class from start to finish from my initial enquiry regarding a VW Taigo that I had spotted “awaiting preparation” through the whole process of coming to view, test drive it and subsequently purchase. This stage was done within 24 hours and within the space of less than a week, I am now the delighted owner of a VW Taigo 115 ps complete with sunroof! Many thanks Helen - I would have appreciated a higher trade in price for my cherished VW Eos but I know that was outside Helen’s control and was down to “number crunching” behind closed doors. 5*s+ for Helen. Great service from Kane for the car purchase and I think Bethany for car collection. Kane made us feel welcome and not pressurised to purchase. Car trade in value was good as was the purchase price of our new car. Bethany demonstrated all the functions of the car and made us feel valued

It was such an easy process
It was such an easy process from start to finish. We were delighted to be invited to the fantastic VIP event and were able to secure the perfect car on a great deal. We were kept up to date with the car and when it was due for collection which we were really impressed by. It was such an easy and fast set-up and couldn't fault Darren and the team more.
