When looking for a used car, Josh Barnes was very helpful, providing thorough knowledge of all of the models I was interested in. He took time to reply to my emails promptly and courteously and showed great patience when I visited the branch. He is an asset to the branch and VW. If visiting for a used car, ask for Josh.

The process was easy from start to finish. Didn't have to book a test drive and come back, as we did that on the same day.
The salesperson was good to work with. Explained the process, options etc. and kept us informed all the way through.

Great sales service
I’ve been buying my cars from Vertu VW in West Bridgford for the last 10 years. That fact alone says it all- I keep going back! David Rothwell from the sales team has sold me my last four cars and has delivered consistently excellent customer service. He explains everything clearly and ensures me a problem free sales transaction - every time! We were given immediate attention when arriving at the show room (even though they weren't aware of my centralised booking).
Evie talked us through the options and we came to an acceptable arrangement regarding the part exchange of my existing car under the VW finance arrangement.
Evie subsequently kept me informed of progress (regarding delivery of the car) and the entire transaction was completed within 14 days.

I had a good test drive. He was helpful and efficient and did everything he said he would, regarding things like a full MOT and road tax and getting the car ready. I am reassured that I can go back to him with any teething problems.

First-class service…
Saw the perfect used car online at Vertu Nottingham South and called them. From that moment on I received a superb level of service, particularly it was not possible for me to come and see the car in person. Steve Morgan could not do enough to assist me and provided excellent personalised videos of the car and took the time on the phone to furnish me with all the information I required and answer all my questions. He organised delivery of the car to my home and I was delighted. A first-class service all round from Vertu. I can highly recommend these guys.

I had a great car-buying experience
I had a great car-buying experience. Ryan, the salesperson, was extremely helpful and passionate about his work. He provided clear, detailed explanations, was very well organized, and demonstrated a high level of professionalism and preparation throughout the entire process.
The manager, Chris, was also very helpful and genuinely tried to provide as much benefit to the customer as possible. He took the time to make sure everything worked out in the best way for me.
Overall, it was a smooth and positive experience, and I highly recommend working with Ryan and Chris.

A completely faultless experience. The team were amazing from start to finish. Paul Boyd was so professional and friendly - he made the whole process so simple. Ryan, who was there to handover my car (Paul had fully briefed him) was fantastic too. He explained everything I needed to know and could not have been more helpful when I asked the daft questions.
