Buying a new car was so straightforward. I got a great deal at the Vertu Volkswagen Nottingham South, both with the trade-in for my old car and the cost of the new one. (Thank you Michael Filardi for the deal!).
I have been buying VWs for over 40 years now. The build quality is fabulous and the cars always feel solid on the road. The new car is no exception with all sorts of safety features.
Ryan Oliver was my salesman, and he went above and beyond in his service right from the start when I went to discuss a new car. I already knew that I didn't have to worry about the basics as the build quality is so good.
Ryan listened to the sort of things that I wanted; what was important to me, and what I wasn't concerned with (e.g. what type of wheels).
He kept me informed at each step in the delivery of the car and guided me through all of the different documents that needed to be signed electronically.
When I picked up the car, he was very patient explaining all of the important bits with the new car - (all on the touch screen), and going back over bits I hadn't quite remembered.
It will take a while to get to grips with everything on the car as there are so many options, but Ryan said that I could go back at any time if I had queries, or drop him a line.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Volkswagen and the Vertu Volkswagen Nottingham South dealership.

Best dealership
I have been a customer for a few years now. The service gas always been excellent and the staff are polite, courteous and very patient with my multitude of questions.
I feel a sense of trust with this company because of the staff. It goes without saying that the cars are wonderful to drive and very well built making me feel safe and protected whilst enjoying the drive. Highly recommended.

Used car low milage
I have recently bought a used car low milage great looking car i picked it up and the drive home was great on inspection of the car there is more body work damage than I was told about the car isn't cheap! So disappointed with that and some retelling in the boot door. What ever was sprayed in the car stunk the car out and had to drive home with the windows open as it was very irritating. Over all buying of the car was simple just don't print out any pdf paper work.

Paul was very helpful and the whole process was seamless. He always got back to us if we had questions. We were allocated plenty of time to go through the car on pick up and we felt we had very good customer service.

Terrible customer service …
Terrible customer service from the Service Team and Customer Service agent whom became verbally aggressive when I complained. Told various dubious things about the condition of my car, had it for 2 weeks and still not resolved a parking sensor! No Manager would come to the phone to deal with my complaint as they were all too busy with potential ‘new’ customers. The whole experience has left me feeling utterly applauded by their attitude! I’d recommend you find another VW dealer than risk their incompetence and arrogance
