Buying a used XC60
Top class service. I had a test drive in an XC60 2 years ago as my current car had been in an accident and want sure whether I would be able to keep driving it. As it was I could and returned to Volvo Taunton for another test drive. The manager welcomed me back and remembered the circumstances. josh took me on a test drive this time and was courteous and informative. The pick up process for the used Volvo was easy and impeccable.

Using this company was a pleasure from beginning to end, a very warm welcome on arrival by reception and then Katie who helped me find the best car for me, everything was was explained clearly and efficiently.
I was able to test drive the car to a good distance.
I was picked up from my house, by the friendliest chap to go and collect my new car.
All in all cracking service, would highly recommend.

Professional, slick and accurate
From the minute we stepped on the forecourt to when we drove a Volvo away the service was professional, factual, accurate and respectful. Richard the business manager found us a potential purchase after listening to our needs. Josh the salesman was very professional. No hard selling techniques and was open to negotiation. He took ownership of preparing our vehicle for handover even though he would not be at work when we collected it. Rory conducted the handover a couple of days after purchase and again was informative and professional. All in all a slick sale and service which I would highly recommend.
