I just received my bespoke LED sign...

I just received my bespoke LED neon sign. Packaging was brilliant - ultra safe and the sign looks brilliant. I can't wait to get it on the wall. An instruction pic just to double-check how to put it on the wall would have been handy, but it does look very easy so it should be fine. There was a little wait in communication and it took a bit longer than anticipated, but now it's here, it looks great and works well, so I'm really pleased at the mo! :)

Buyer beware

I have been waiting several weeks for a refund from this company, following lack of delivery etc. So many responses to my continued messages ‘so sorry’ ‘we’ve got this!’, ‘I’ll get on to our accounts department’ - all complete rubbish as nothing has happened, and my messages are now ignored. To anyone thinking of using them - DON’T. Too many people seem to have been stung

UPDATE The more I follow the more I discover so many negative experiences with this company. Lies and faux promises with no resolution.

It’s now 28/9 - still no refund

32/10 - still no refund or contact - so many people stung

Awful company

Awful company, i'd give zero stars to if I could. Sent out an absolutely substandard neon light, failed to deliver the promised replacement and are now not responding to emails with requests to refund me.
Neon light had an ugly metal box just a few centimetres from the light which would always be on show. The wires were sticking out of the top of the sign rather than the bottom and the lead was less than a meter long so I've got an upside down neon light with an ugly metal box by the skirting board. Page looked like a UK based company with an UK address, but products clearly made in China, I wouldn't mind this so much if the product had been a good standard. Buyer beware with this company I'm afraid :(

EDITING TO ADD: Over 4 months and after failed promises to replace, nothing materialised and I am now chasing my credit card company for a refund. Awful awful customer services, trying to stall my action so that I ran out of time to claim. Steer well clear.

Please don't buy from this company

I never ever write bad reviews as I hate to think I am hindering a buisness that is trying to dobwell. But his company took my money 6 weeks ago for a sign i still have not got. I have sent countless emails and they have promised me delivery "this week" for the last two weeks with a refund if not delivered.... Im still waiting. Ive seen many negative reviews on here which they report and they remove all negative comments off their Instagram account quickly so potential buyers are not getting an honest picture. My sign was for a special party which has now been and gone, so not only did I waste a lot of money but it was also a huge disappointment to not have the centerpiece I had planned for.

The worst experience I have ever had

The worst experience I have ever had . was over charged by £50 . When my light finally came from China it was not fit for purpose with wires missing . My emails have not been answered and I have had to go to a omnibus man to get my money back ! Crooks . Since this review has been up they have tried to remove it twice but I have provided proof and correspondence. If only they would answer customer complaints as quick !!!!

SHAM COMPANY - AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!!!!!!

Waited 3 weeks, the product arrived from
China (despite not being told it was shipped from there as was under the impression it was a UK company as per their website). Once arrived the courier said the shipping charges had not been paid, we had to pay £25 just to take the parcel in. Then when we opened it the clear wire was 30cm long, followed by a junction box the size of my head with unreadable Chinese writing, and three large thick black red and blue wires connecting pathetically to a plug - it looks like something you would make in a school workshop class. Despire numerous emails and countless Instagram messages, no response, no refund, and lots more poor customers have been in touch saying they had the same experience. AVOID AT ALL COSTS A SHAM OF A COMPANY.

Amiibo Animal Crossing Cards 10/10

Ordered animal crossing amiibo cards off of Etsy. All cards worked on all my remotes and they were great quality. All are able to be used multiple times as well. Seller had great communication the whole entire time it took for the cards to arrive. Though it took 2 months they were very kind via message and now I get 30% off if I want more cards! Great shop.

When purchasing I was given constant…

When purchasing I was given constant communication. As soon as payment went through all communication stopped.
I have messaged, emailed and instagrammed even used their “Sam” online chat service. Which seems to give the generic answers everyone’s getting about waiting in queues.
I have since been promised a resolution or partial refund but again have gone into no contact, even when you can see they’re online and posting on Instagram. My parcel is beyond due, the lack of communication, excuses is ridiculous.

This is apparently a uk company but the grammar and spelling is strange. The grammar on the bank statement is odd.
The fact that theirs no contact number and on their website says London/Hong Kong, and their emails say.co if you try email .co.uk or .com or .co it’s undeliverable.

They say they pride Themselves on events and weddings services but clearly not.

All these people that are giving good reviews in the same time frame I’ve had such bad services in questionable.

If they doesn’t reply soon, or get a the product or a refund then I will be taking this further.

Don’t promise a level of service or a standard of delivery and product that you can not achieve.. regardless of the current world wide situation.

Something very fishy is going on.

Very worried now I have read these…

Very worried now I have read these reviews. Very helphul when purchasing but now I don't think I'm going to get my purchase. It was for grandsons . Not responding to emails. Still not recieved my order but got email asking me to review product. Not possible!! This post has been reported to trustpilot . So they have my money I have nothing and I have to play "nice" I am just being honest about my experience.

I ordered my sign just short of 4 weeks…

I ordered my sign just short of 4 weeks ago!! Still no sign.
I had to chase it up and was told by them...

“Just to give you an update on the order, your order has already been forwarded to our courier and we are waiting the tracking number for once its out for delivery (as it's currently in a queue). There was a delay due to the box being damaged in transit so due to our diligence, we ensured that the sign was repackaged, which unfortunately led to a delay”

After this I’ve still heard nothing! Really disappointed. I’m a designer and this is for a client.
