I had ha lovely conversation with Oliver Wilson. Rang when he said he would, was very polite. Any questions were answered and ran through different options with me to make sure I have the right policy and I was happy with what I was getting.

Had Jason Wong dealing with me, 100% professional and put you at ease, was able to get my life insurance sorted, was an easy going appointment and genuinely nice guy

She made the whole process as quick and as easy as possible she’s didn’t cut any corners and explained everything so clearly for me to understand. I first used Hug life a couple of years ago, Laura was exceptional then, and due to a change of circumstances I reached out to her again because I was really pleased with her service, she goes through everything in depth and the best part is you can tell that she is smiling when she is on the phone with you
