We are getting stoves out as fast as humanly possible :-) We do not have office staff. We make quality products at affordable prices but do not have manned phonelines or a receptionist. During the COVID crisis we kindly ask customers to deal with us by email allowing us to carry on manufacturing and answer emails after hours. Fantastic product. Ordered with the glass door front and back and looks great on our patio. Had a couple of fires so far and both have been great, with no smoke!

My 5 Star review is for the Fiesta Stove itself. It is fantastic. I too have encountered the customer service issues that others have. They don’t answer emails or only 1 in 10! So the customer service is a big let down but as it’s a small company trying its hardest to survive in these hard times and keeping its staff paid, I cannot fault the product, so let’s give this company a chance. Arrived just in time for my daughter’s 18th. Family all came round, in the garden, new bar was up, sangria flowing, weather was perfect for a fire as the night chilled. The heat output was incredible, everyone impressed with the Fiesta Stove. Visual it looked great with the glass door. Wish I had ordered a bracket for the extended flue I bought. For some reason the cover was missing so I am back to unanswered emails.
Ordered the garden stove back in May, expected delivery on 31st July, quite a long lead time, but I knew this at point of order.
Stove arrived yesterday and had it fired up last night. Huge firebox and plenty of heat kicked out and the best bit, no smoke wafting over us.
The stove would probably benefit from some refinement around the door handle and stove pipe collar, but for what it is I am pleased with the purchase.
Seems they forgot to ship the cover I ordered, so I’ll have to chase that up.
Arrived yesterday july 15 th packed very well and must say really pleased with the quality of burner looks amazing in garden. Burner was due for delivery on June 28 th but it happens I run a business myself so I understand the problems in these times, it was put to work last night and would highly recommend ,just have some patience with them they are a small firm so bare with them and hopefully years and years ahead with it.
Loving our Vesta Garden stove since it was delivered a couple of weeks ago. It kicks out a huge amount of heat and the pizza stone is a great addition too.
Bought the stove in June, telephone line not connected and emails not answered. No update on delivery or dimensions of fireplace excavation (PDFs manual not working on website). Family businesses MUST have decent customer service to survive, makes them unique and people want to buy. Not sure why Vesta Stoves dont respond
Update October 21, 5 months since purchase, no contact despite emails and tel calls. I would hold off on buying until they sort their back orders out (and stop taking money for new ones)!

I have now been waiting for a month for my refund on my weatherproof cover and, as usual, I get no reply to emails. They say that they will reply to emails but they never do. This is totally unacceptable to spend as much money as we have with a business and then to not be able to get hold of anyone by telephone and for all emails to be completely ignored.
We purchased the Vesta garden stove a couple of month ago and we've used it around half a dozen times so far. This stove does what it says on the tin, the heat output is incredible. Friends who have sat around it in the evening are extremeley impressed and it's really noticeable hen you move away from the stove and feel the temperature around drop.
Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a garden heater that both looks fantastic and provides fantastic amount of heat.
Ordered a stove in March and have not received it. Payment for nearly £1000 processed in June and we have heard nothing. Have sent frequent polite emails asking for a delivery date, occasional non committal replies. Have no idea whether we are going to receive this or get a refund and not sure what to do next!!!
Was also offered a gift for a 5* review.
After posting a negative reveiw about an issue with a faulty handle John has since been out with a replacement and fitted so all done. Fair play to him so alls well that ends well.
Really pleased with our stove. Very helpful when visiting the store.
Since ordering my stove I appreciate it is a small company and during these trying times they are working very hard dealing with the amount of orders ,I understand and will wait and hopefully it will arrive on time. They are keeping me updated on the progress.

Family run honest business, communication is excellent considering how much in demand they are, they keep you updated with the truth unlike huge corporate companies that just tell a web of lies, looking forward to receiving my stove, I wish them all the success.
These are very difficult times for so many of us. Disruption caused to our normal lives by both Covid which has disrupted the work place and Brexit which has made procurement of materials very complex for so many manufacturers. As a consumer and a producer I feel very strongly that consumers should not have unreasonable expectations in these times but what is important is communication and Vesta have been exemplary with this. It would be totally unreasonable, given current circumstances, to stamp my foot and demand the fulfilment of my order, but equally frustrating to hear nothing or weak excuses. Vesta have been in touch, open and communicative. I don’t have my order but I have no doubt that I will get it when they can and I am very happy to give them my support
Reviews will be skewed currently. They have a massive backlog. Website does NOT reflect accurate delivery dates. What has really peeved me is they are asking for not just a review, an honest review, but they are buying a 5 star review with a bribe of free gifts. And only for a 5 star review. I’m sure this is against Trustpilot terms.
I’m not expecting my stove on the given delivery, but happy to wait. Comms aren’t bad. But cannot comment on the product. Much like half the people now giving 5 star reviews for a product they’ve not received. Some people are easy bought!

All said above, however I will make allowances for Covid. Material shortages. Shipping issues outside of their control. Glad to be buying British and supporting small business. As long as the workmanship is of good quality. I just hope they’re not cutting corners to meet demand. That would be a shame.

Ordered my stove April 9th when It was paid the delivery was forecast 9th June 2021. Received an email 20th May saying great news in manufacture, up until today when I received an email asking for this review. Well still no delivery date as of today… very disappointed as I bought this on recommendation from a friend.
I bought it for my son in law and he is absolutely delighted with it. It is easy to use and well designed.
