Vestd have a brilliant platform and make it easy to manage share options.
Whenever help is required, their brilliant support team (big shout out to Matt H) are always around to assist

Have been using Vestd for several years and they have always been very good, both the platform and the customer support.

What stands out to me is not just how simple and intuitive Vestd is to use, but the people behind it - genuine professionals who are clearly well-versed in both the subject matter and the platform itself. The platform really takes the stress out of managing an employee option scheme. Very user friendly, excellent company secretarial features and overall saves a huge amount of brain-ache, especially with compliance. First class Customer Support, with a special shout to Becky Pollard who was amazing over a period of about 9-12 months. Fully recommend.

We utilised Vestd for setting up and managing our EMI scheme. The platform was much more cost effective and engaging for our employees to use vs. managing and building our EMI scheme through traditional means. The team have built a great product and the support and customer team were always on hand with any questions.

Matt Horner was an absolute gent. He was attentive, super clear and precise and a great account lead. Vestd are lucky to have Matt, he is very knowledgeable and helped me file my returns with ease.

Vestd have provided support above and beyond what I would have expected. It has been very hands on and proactive, and also very timely as we set up the company. Moving forward it has delivered on being a one stop repository for all things hare related and well worth the invetsment

When you undertake any annual process that's relatively new to you its always quite a daunting affair anyway. But then add to that, some seemingly simple changes to your Company's structure and you're now faced with a complex situation which doesn't seem to fit any of the standard responses and so fills you with horror at the thought of submitting anything incorrectly to HMRC.
I would definitely recommend spending a little bit more each more for the HMRC support addon they offer, it's simple to addon at any time.
Ash went above and beyond after he should have finished work for the weekend to make sure I was happy with our submissions

Great experience with Matt guiding me through the ERS annual returns. He was super helpful and was able to get it done quickly and easily

The platform is good, and support staff knowledgeable. My only criticism is there isn't a telephone number to call if you need help. You have to email and wait for a call.

Excellent support throughout our relationship, especially when you need it most.

VESTD definitely makes the whole experience simple and easy, enabling us to get on and do what we're good at and not get lost in what we're not good at.

We've been using Vestd for the last 18 months now and I have to say the platform is absolutely brilliant. It makes life so much easier to manage our EMI scheme, with simple step by step instructions and useful guidance with reporting to HMRC. The team are always really helpful and knowledgeable whenever I have a query or need their help. The only negative is that I do find it frustrating that you can not just pick up the phone and speak to someone if you need a quick bit of advice. You can email, which can sometimes take 24/48 hours to reply or can book an appointment for a few days in advance. Aside from this though, I am really impressed with the platform and the ease of navigating around it. I would highly recommend to anyone wanting to implement/manage their EMI scheme.

Setting up an EMI share scheme for the first time is quite daunting, however managing this through Vestd took away a lot of the stress. In particular the support I received from James Schembri was invaluable and he was a pleasure to work with throughout the process.

Vestd is very simple and easy system to use and help manage our share capital. As a start up company it has reduced the admin in issuing new shares and managing the shareholder base.

Help desk has also been very good and responsive

I'm a business advisor working with start-ups so I've used many other platforms but my favourite is definitely Vestd. It's got all the functionality I need, it's less than others (like Carta), and we certainly save on legal fees by using standard documentation and processes (e.g. our EMI scheme). I've been using Vestd for about 3 years now.

Customer Service is important with a product like this. I don't expect legal advice but it is helpful to know how various situations are normally handled by others using the platform - this sort of guidance has been readily available. The support I've had from Mark and the team has been excellent. For example, he recently helped me understand that a 6 month sabbatical by one of our staff would be a disqualifying event as far as the person's EMI share options are concerned. Good to know now rather than discover it on exit!

Great product and flexible team when it comes to billing

The Vestd platform and tools therein have been immeasurably helpful to us as a startup and in the midst of a cap'raise.
When we've needed help, or to address a mess-up on our part or a bug in the platform, Vestd have quickly responded and addressed the issue. Particular shout out in this regard to James Schembri who has gone above and beyond on a number of occasions.
