Actually no longer a customer. But we needed some old data that we couldn't find for our data room. James went above and beyond digging up archived data - ensuring we were duly authorized to get it, etc. Saved our butt. When you hear stories of competitors messing with your ability to do what you need done or making it difficult to leave, here's Vestd helping us out when they really didn't need to. Really massively impressive - makes more likely to use them again in the future.

Incredibly supportive and knowledgeable team, from Sales to Customer Success. The platform is really intuitive and easy to self-administer. The team are always open to suggestions and feedback where we may have had challenges.

Things to note:
- You won't receive instant responses or be able to call urgently. They operate on a calendar booking system to organise calls
- When seeking guidance and re-assurance, you will often be referred to seeking advice from your Legal Counsel. This is important to know that they are a platform provider, and are not advisors.

The Vestd platform was easy to follow, and the team was quick to answer questions and provide clarifications when required.

We applied on January 7th and got approval from HMRC on SEIS & EIS on January 21st - just 2 weeks!

An affordable platform that takes the pain out of all the legalese around shareholder options, Companies House notifications and document archiving. It also ensures that the caps table is always up to date and correct. By removing the administrative element from lawyers hourly charge outs, Vestd should pay itself back pretty quickly!

Deepti and the team are super helpful. Has made our EMI Option Scheme setup and recently EIS application a breeze. Great tech and takes all the administrative headache away. Highly recommended!

We had a great experience with Vestd. Going through the process of setting up and managing an EMI scheme was smooth and well documented. What really stood out to me though, was their customer support. They were always quick to answer, knowledgeable about what I was asking about, and patient with my many questions. Even after we had a successful exit and was shutting down our Vestd account, they sent thorough instructions to export all the information that I might want to retain, and continued to humor my various questions. I'd be happy to use them again in my next startup.

Totaly abysmal onboarding service provided by Vestd. We paid extra for the handholding service, and nine months later, we still have yet to achieve a single thing or even have a draft of the EMI scheme. Unfortunately, there is no way of getting hold of an actual person to set up the scheme; the expectation is an online portal can manage everything. This just isn't possible. We are not a huge company, but we don't fit into a standard box like many companies. Any level of complexity, from our experience, is met with Vestd don't offer this, or we cannot advise on that; you need to get legal advice, etc.

Vested online portal may work for companies that fit into standard boxes, but if you want to include simple metrics that may or may not trigger the options, this is a step too far for them. This exercise with Vestd.com was a total waste of time and money, and we need to start again with our accountants.
