Vestd have been instrumental in managing our growth shares and company structure. The platform is excellent. Beyond that, the support I have received has been really good, especially Deepti who has gone above and beyond. If you are looking to mange your company shares and structure, I highly recommend that you look at Vestd!

Vestd have been super-helpful in supporting our equity program for the last 3 years, from conception to valuation to filing with rapid and clear responses throughout the process, which due to the different rules and our own requirements, have been quite onerous. When they think you need additional advice, they say so, which is a good thing, but for most issues its a quick answer and on we go. The platform is also comprehensive and intuitive. I would recommend it, in particular for start-ups with no history in this area

It is so good on all aspects that I cannot think of a way to improve it.
The platform is nice and intuitive, clearly the result of understanding deeply the client needs and putting that understanding into action with great back-end, UK and UI. Top notch.

Edited following contact from Vestd. They have sorted our issues out and have been helpful in doing the paperwork for a recent fund raise, and to be fair to them, have admitted their shortcomings in the onboarding process. Hopefully things will run smoothly from now on. Lyn in customer success was ver6 helpful.
Initials review…. Onboarding in June 2024 was not done correctly. Trying to resolve errors made and find the company to be very difficult to deal with. There is another bad review of on boarding in early 2024 and our experience may have been due to a particular employee, who is no longer with the company, but the way that they have been dealing with us is unacceptable, very rude and dismissive. simple admin errors compounded by refusing to help put right.

VESTD promotes the platform to be 'self serve', but unless you have legal background that is not the case. We were not properly informed about 12month minimum subscription and when we realised we cannot use the platform after 5 months, they kept on charging till the end of the year. Fair enough, one might say, but I would not recommend the platform for a startup who does not have legal background as the system is not that intuitive than they present. I have 8 years of experience in fundraising and would not use the product in confidence when wanting to be legally compliant.

Lots of manual effort removed using Vestd and the team go out of their way to support whenever we have specific/additional requests.

The Vestd helpdesk is amazing - responsive, super helpful and always willing to help. Gold star service from their advisers.

The team at Vestd have been amazing (special shout out to Deepti). Incredibly helpful and responsive. We use the platform for issuing shares and handling our EMI and growth share scheme. Glad we went with them.

Vested are so easy to deal with--they answer all your questions(even the ones you think are stupid!),they answer quickly and in a friendly manner and take the time to talk you through pieces.The platform is easy to navigate and has loads of useful templates and a data room for use.
