Parcel Never Delivered - Extremely Poor Customer Support
I am extremely disappointed with my experience. My parcel was supposed to be delivered, but it never even reached my address, and no delivery attempt was made. Instead, it was unexpectedly sent back without any explanation!!! DPD informed me that the parcel is being returned to Riga and referred me back to Vestiaire Collective, now I am left trying to figure out what happened.
What makes this even more frustrating is that Vestiaire Collective's customer support has been of no help at all! I was never able to speak to a real person, only communicate through automated channels, and none of my questions were properly addressed. As a customer, I should not have to chase both the shipping company and the platform just to find out where my parcel is. This experience has been unnecessarily stressful, and I expected a much higher level of customer service and support.

Well worth keeping a regular check on favourite designers. I have saved copious amounts of money buying new or barely worn clothing., Also good for searching on previous collections if there is something you missed out on or couldn’t afford when first released.
Sometimes their own sellers let them down (hence the one star off) and cancel a sale for seemingly no reason, or don’t put clear enough descriptions.
And it’s important to understand import duties and VAT are applied on top of the for sale and adjusted prices.
Delivery depends largely on the speed of the seller but Vestiaire does chase and penalise bad sellers. So definitely give it a shot.
