I am surprised by your review as you have not contacted us about this. I can see we requested a prescription from you on 16/09/24, but you have yet to provide one.
If you are unwilling to obtain a Veterinary prescription, we will of course refund you, minus our 15% card processing & admin fee, however, you actually need to let us know of your intentions.
Please contact us to advise how you wish us to proceed.

Really easy to order meds. I needed to clarify something and had a email reply within the hour. Order my pets meds many times via the company and will continue to do so.

There are no street names in Dubai, but rather a building-based addresses :) If you had continued the conversation in a polite manner, we could have discussed that. As you would notice, my issue is not the 10 GBP for shipping cost, but rather the customer service received and the way this was handled from your side. Hope you can take some constructive feedback.

Order medication to the UAE ~10 days ago. Just got a message the order is cancelled as the address is incomplete. Double checked it and it is correct.
Reached out over chat and the represetative (Asma, I believe) was snappy and ended the chat without a warning less than 2 min into the conversation. I asked them to double check with their courier what the exact issue is or to refund shipping fees as well as the address is correct. Refused to and said "not our fault you've provided a wrong address." and cancelled the chat. You can do much better.

As discussed, the issue was you did not provide a complete address at checkout and Royal Mail returned the parcel to us as Emirates Post did not have enough information to find your property in Dubai.
This is not a fault of ours as you provided the address - We have simply passed on Royal Mail's information that the address you gave was incomplete. We have sent many items to UAE over the years and this is the only one that has been returned.
On this occasion, we cannot refund your shipping cost as this has already been paid to Royal Mail for the attempted delivery.

Brilliant service
Only the second occasion I have used Vet dispense for prescription medication for my dog as my previous supplier let me down.
Yet again I have found Vet dispense to be swift and efficient with great communication all the way .
Knowing I have someone I can rely upon is so important and helps lesson the stress a little of having an animal that has health issues so many thanks again.

We have been using Vet Dispense for 18 months.
The prescription drug we buy needs to be refrigerated.
The whole process of ordering to delivery happens seemlessly every time. Special Royal Mail delivery.
