From first phone call to completion within an hour. Mark the engineer and the office were super efficient. No call out fee and cost of new lock and labour less than £200 which I consider to be excellent value. Highly recommended

Mark was very polite and professional. He fixed our back door and explained thoroughly what was wrong and what needed doing. Murray, was also very helpful. He fixed our window and kept me updated with everything. Would highly recommend.

I used veteran locksmiths as they have experience of steel doors and we are now back in action thanks to Mark. He was very knowledgeable and could also advice me on what I thought was a lock fitted upside down, but turns out that make is turned the opposite way to 'normal' doors. The price was fair and he turned up the same day despite it wasn't an emergency as had other functioning doors.

Had a problem with my front door handle , from point of first contact , very fast response , accommodated my time constraints due to work and fixed the problem in no time . Great service

The service from start to finish was amazing, from getting through to the lady in their office, who took my details very swiftly. I then got a call back from Murray within 2 minutes, who said he would get someone out shortly. Well I’ve heard that one before but within 5 minutes I get a text from Mark to say he will be with me in 23 minutes and he was. He then got on with the job of fixing my lock. Not an easy job but he did the work professionally, explaining what he was doing as he went along.
I must admit I must have rung just at the right time but there is no doubt if I have another lock issue, Veteran Locksmith’s will be the only people I call. Thank you.

24 hour response to ease a door key lock that was misaligned, warned of arrival by message, very polite, job completed quickly, a fair charge. All in all a first class service
