Very quick response to a call out for a lock in our front door which was becoming very tricky to open. Mark contacted us to say he was on his way and he was quickly able to replace the lock which was very worn. Highly recommend this company.

Had an issue with a bedroom door lock being stuck locked shut. Came out the next day and opened it, then came back a few days later having ordered in a replacement lock for the door. Decent pricing too. I'll remember them for the future.

Mark from Veteran Locksmith came within 5 minutes of calling. He was very polite courtesy helpful and most importantly excellent at his job. He somehow got my security door open with 5 minutes and ensured that he had it fixed before leaving. I can’t recommend Veteran Locksmiths enough.

I highly recommend this company. A vulnerable neighbour was locked out of their house. Mark from Veteran Locksmiths came out immediately and was able to gain access with no damage to the door at all. From when the call was made to them to when access was gained was so quick (only about 40mins). Very professional company, and Mark was very kind, friendly and reassuring.

Would like to give a shout-out to veteran locksmiths who when found out our shed had been broken into and all contents stolen, offered to secure the shed with new locks and gave advice on better ways to help secure our home. Excellent company, people and did an amazing job, would highly recommend.
