Great level of service
Getting quotes for my rescue dogs insurance, i spoke to many pet insurance companies and Vetsure were by far the friendliest, most informed, personable company I spoke to. Jodie and Ally were extremely helpful with providing a quote and then helping me set up the right level of cover. They were not only trying to sell a product, they genuinely came across as caring, asking lots of questions about how our rescue was settling into his new home and they are a credit to the company and gave a lasting impression of the company.

Easy process to insure my kitten
Vanessa was very patient and informative with all my hypothetical questions with regards to insuring my kitten. As someone who hasn’t gone through the process before, I struggled with completing questions such as ‘is he neutered’ as there is an intention of getting him when he is the accurate age. She made me aware that I simply just need to let them know once the operation has occurred.
What I like about vetsure is that it is directly linked to my vets and also its lifetime cover. This means that I don’t need to worry.
So far customer service has been great! Thank you Vanessa for all your help.

My 1 year old cat got hit by a car and sadly passed away. I contacted the vet sure team about how to make a claim on the death benefit and to also cancel the policy. The kindness and compassion from the operator was second to none, she was so understanding and kind. I’ve come home today to find a handwritten card from the vet sure team sending me love and their sympathy which left me feeling so valued and knowing this is an insurance company that really does care. A wonderful company and could not say anything bad- extremely grateful for all their help during such a sad time.

Having requested a quote, I was pleased to not receive additional calls, and given sufficient time to review the documents prior to my decision. When calling Vetsure, my call was received in a friendly and helpful nature, and I did not feel under pressure to make a commitment before I was ready. My queries about the policy were handled well and I was informed clearly of the information I required. The setting up of the policy was straightforward and the team member dealing with my policy was patient and helpful throughout the process. All of the supportive documentation arrived promptly following the end of the process.
