Vevo hearing is now denying that I ordered from them. I have confirmation from 2 different employees. Sarah and Marial M. Also charged my credit card. Scam scam scam. Shame on Vevo. Please advise everyone not to buy anything fromthem

On may20th 2020 I ordered hearing aids to Vevo
30 dias after I cancelled the order because they never answered my emails asking for delivery date.
They never refunded this charge
Almost impossible to speak whit them
Do not buy

What a disgrace this company is I am absolutely disgusted with the customer service which is NIL I have sent them 3 emails requesting a full refund as the ‘Promise’ sale pitch says and I’ve still not received any at all. I wish I had read these reviews before I purchased the aids I won’t say hearing as they’re not for hearing and whoever can wear them must have exceedingly large ears!!!
On the package they arrived in there’s an address for Chullora NSW

To be clear the Vevo in ear 'hearing aids' are just absolute rubbish. Ask me in private and I'll add all the expletives I have for this product.

Ordered product 47 days ago, have not seen or heard from them, Never again, will try and get my 100.00back through credit card co. I don’t know if this company even exists .

Bogus tracking information. I have waited over two months for the order that "arrived" in Bloomington, Cal 3 times in the last 6 weeks. Company claims to be in San Jose, California, but everything comes from China. Probably the worst thing I did was buy from these people. I would not deal with them again and recommend no one else does too. I do not know if it is a scam, but it is pretty close to it.

I ordered these May 22nd and still haven't received them. I think their tracking system is bogus, too.
After numerous emails where they respond "I apologize for the delay", I've requested a refund. If they don't comply, I'll contact my credit card company.

All I can say is that the quality of this product corresponds to its price. I bought a pair in March of this year and now one of them is broken. It's honestly just a simple sound amplifier. My husband bought another type for me on melohearing in June, which they claim is made from the factory and sold directly to consumers.Honestly, the results exceeded my expectations.I regret now that I've already wasted $128.

Worst thing I did. Number# 1 is took forever to come in. Now I know why. It was coming from China. Number#2 I found out it was not a hearing aide, but a amplifier. I did not like the quality. I asked for a refund because it was in the month I received. That was a month ago. No refund to date.

Total scam Ordered 2 months ago and nothing had arrived. Tracking says they arrived at the destination airport a month ago but the tracking will not update. Contacted the courier company and they say there is no tracking data and referred me back to Vevo hearing. The advertising did not indicate that they were based in China.

Finally received the hearing aids but when I tried to return them no response to my emails. Nothing but a scam

Ordered a pair of hearing aids, after three weeks did not get my hearing aids. After many, many attempts to call customer service finally got through was promised a refund. After a week and no notice of refund being processed had to call back. Did get email of refund in process, but I will have to wait 5 to 10 business days before I see my refund. I only hope they are being honest about that.

I believe the reviews! I ordered 2 of these, (haven't tried yet) but didn'trecieve them until a month after order was placed. My first 2 emails were answered but after I requested a refund on the 3rd ,4th ,and 5th email I got no response. As with the rest of the reviewers beware. I don't expect a refund either.

If I could go lower I would. These are the worst expensive things I ever got. I got them for my father and he hates them they don't even stay in the ear and if you turn it up you get a lot of humming out of them. They barely work and now they won't even reply to any emails.

Pity there is not a-Star. Ordered and paid 3rd. April, after many emails, nothing, Contacted Visa, for a refund, Hearing Aids arrived 10th July, from Malaysia. Not what, or as we expected. DO NOT TRUST. M.

I bought a set and they worked for exactly ONE DAY... I tried to send them back for a refund and was told to donate them to someone who might get some use out of them and I would get my money back NO QUESTIONS ASKED... Satisfaction guaranteed... That has been over a month ago and STILL no refund... They are a total JOKE... Scam is not even what I would call it... Total crooks...

It works fine for my husband’s hearing problem. He’s happy. He can finally enjoy the TV, and lucky man, he can hear me. However. Almost two months and it hadn’t arrived. I emailed and phoned the company, no response. So I let them know in one more email that I was going to request a refund from my bank, and two days later, not a miracle, the hearing aid arrived.

Update: the hearing aid stopped working after a week. I contacted the company and they are sending a replacement.

I ordered a set of hearing aid in May and to date I have not received it. When I track it it sits at one location for weeks before it moves to next location and then sits there. Seems the shipping serve used is also of very low standard. Do not recommend anyone to but from them.

I actually placed my order for a single hearing aid before reading these reviews. After reading the reviews I was prepared to be disappointed. I was expecting the item to either not arrive at all or not work on arrival. I must admit I was pleasantly surprised when after 3 weeks the hearing aid arrived in a nice packaging with instructions for operation.

I must admit I had trouble inserting the battery because I did not read the instructions fully, you must insert the battery in the correct way into the battery flip before closing the battery case, any attempt to force the battery lid to close means you have not done it right. Any way after inserting the battery correctly the aid began working.

To be fair to the manufacturer you get what you pay for. The unit is just an amplifier, so it works ok in one on one situations or for TV but it's not much use in a noisy environment. I will still be paying thousands for a really good hearing aid to manage those noisy situations as I hate missing on on conversations in a social environment.

The whistling feedback that reviewers have mentioned happens when you turn the hearing aid right up and don't have the hearing aid fitting well with a good seal. If you choose a smaller cup size and insert the aid deeper in the ear canal it should stop. Even a higher proceed unit will have feedback if not fitted correctly.

So overall as I said you get what you pay for. It's just an amplifier and cannot be expected to perform as well as high priced aids especially in a nosy environment but it works ok for one on one conversations and TV as long as the background noise is low.

Coning from China--Won't answer my Emails or return phone calls--Forget return policies and satisfaction guarantees--Total scam!!
