This product definitely helps regulate digestion within the first 1-2 days. Tastes somewhat like a Tootsie roll and with the same type of texture/consistency. I enjoyed the flavor. Easy to take daily.

I thought the taste was good and it did seem like an effective probiotic. I did not like the texture. I am highly sensitive to textures especially when eating and the almost gritty/ powdery texture was not something I can keep using. For people not having sensory problems it will probably be just fine.

Needed to talk to customer service regarding future shipments. Then talked ,to another person. Which said someone would contact me regarding future shipments.
