I was scammed last year with an…
I was scammed last year with an additional charge for damage and fuel which was for sure incorrect as they confirmed at take in the car was ok and we refueled close to the airport.
I've written them but so far no response.

The worst experience ever
The worst experience ever! They took 500€ deposit and never refund it back! We have returned the car and the keys, even fulled the car with fuel, despite the fact we didn't get it full. We cleaned the car carefully and were told that in a day or two the deposit will be back.. day 14 and still nothing! Not even an email or any information! I will write as many negative reviews as possible everywhere! Never again Viaggiare!!! I have two kids.. and I need those money, you are stealers, after we paid double for the car.. our friends booked the same car for 90€ with free Cross Border and Insurance. I have paid for insurance then for cross border, then for rent and now on top of that they are not getting back my deposit without any information! Outrageous!

Im very happy with this car rental…
Im very happy with this car rental company, everything went fine, good custom service, no fraud. I took basic protection, had to pay at the desk 900eur deposit with debit card and after our rent agreement finished it was quickly refunded. Definitely can recommend to any one

They charged twice
They charged twice. They did not return the security deposit until I called a month after to inform them. And was charged again two months after I went home.

Helpfull Julio, Bergamo Airport, Viaggiare Rent
We have rented a car from different company. They gave us a child seat without isofix. We weren't able to fit it securely - it was very unstable. Even though we rented a car from another company, Julio helped us and lent us a car seat with isofix. In the future Viaggiare Rent will be our first choice.

Kindness and excellent service
The Viaggiare agency in Bergamo is a relatively small car rental. The personnel I met had a way above standard attention to their customers (me as well as others renting the same day). Good service
Awesome, I was afraid of getting scammed, but this wasn't the case. Super easy payment with debit card. The car was in good condition. Returning the car at 4 am was no issue at all. They didn't try to blame any damages on me. Very smooth and fast service.

We arrived 1 hour late to pick up the car due to circumstances out of our control. The car rental was in an airport, so these kind of issues should be expected.
When we arrived we were informed that our car had been given away, and we were made to pay double the price in order to rent a different car.
Other than that, all was ok.

Furthermore, "if the Customer shows up beyond the expected tolerance, the Lessor is exempt from delivery of the vehicle without this implying breach of contract of the same."
