Better avoid this company. They are completely dishonest!
The pickup time was 21:00.
I was outside the airport at 20:50 and called them at 20:55.
They said they would send someone.
At 21:20 we and other customers were still waiting outside the airport. They were very late.
They gave us the car in the dark. I asked for photos of the car condition to be sent to me. They said they don't have photos, advising that in the morning we may take (if we want) pictures. The next morning I took pictures of some of the scratches that I could find. When I returned the car, they found a scratch that I did not have photo of, and charged me. They insisted that I am to be held responsible of the photos, not them. I showed them 7-8 photos of other scratches found, but they didnt care, as long as they could find an additional scratch that I had no picture of. They charged me 163.99 EUR for a scratch I didn't do.

Offsite location obviously not as convenient as rental companies at the airport itself, but prices were very reasonable (January 2026), car was new and staff were efficient and helpful. Would definitely use again.

We rented a Renault Clio and got a terrible indian car as “upgrade” !
We returned the car at 7.30 am but no one at the reception. Later that day they immedaitely charged a amount for damage on the car we dit not have,
We paid and then it was deducted from the creditcard twice. 4 months later we recieved a notification about a fine and this was also debited from the credit card twice. E-Mailing is pointless because they don’t respond to anything. You don’t get the car that was agreed
upon and they misuse your credit card. Earring extra money by scamming customers.

The customer have to pay all fines, tolls, parking fees, and any other charges arising from the use of the vehicle during the rental period, even if they relate to authorized drivers other than the Customer. In the event of non-payment directly, the Customer shall reimburse the Lessor for the amounts incurred, in addition to the administrative penalty set forth in the Specific Rental Conditions, published on the Lessor's website. This penalty is intended to encourage compliance with road traffic regulations and the protection of the rented vehicle, and does not replace the administrative fine, toll, and/or parking fee imposed on the
Customer by the tax authorities. To exclude any liability, the Lessor is authorized to provide the competent authorities with the records and documents certifying the identity of the vehicle user at the time of the violation. If the Customer pays the fine directly, he or she must provide the Lessor with proof of payment by sending an email to verbali@viaggiaresrl.it
