All good! Renting a car in Italy can be hit and miss; there are many things that I will never understand regarding the rental process, however the team of viaggiare was nice enough to answer my questions. Safe!!

The staff were very friendly and helpful - the car was as described, in good condition and drove well. The only small negative was the description for drop off was very confusing (said to go to arrivals and wait for a shuttle) and calling the numbers provided but had no answer. Naila was the employee who met us at drop off (when we did find it) and she was very helpful, and the process was very smooth.

Nailla checked us in and out and was so helpful and kind. The pick up from the airport was easy and all the staff really pleasant and the beat car hire experience we have had because that is rare ! They were really good pricing too and would defo use them again in the future !

We rented a car through DiscoverCars and Viaggiare. Everything worked as agreed. The driver picked us up from the airport to a nearby rental company at the agreed time and the transaction went smoothly with the friendly staff. We had taken out insurance in advance and nothing extra was forced on us. The car was better than we expected. I can recommend! The price compared to other car rental companies was very good in relation to the overall quality.

So we prepaid a 3 day rental - we checked in 1 day before and shared our arrival details….all this however - did not avoid a
“Late fee payment “ ( delayed aircraft) of 50 Euro ….. btw within the office hours…So mind if you book you may run into charges - you would not expect - and make no sense on a prepaid booking!
Just avoid booking trough them - and spend your money elsewhere
