Goede ervaring met deze autoverhuur! Alles was keurig in orde en de shuttle van en naar de luchthaven was perfect geregeld!

Great experience with this car rental! Everything was perfect, and the shuttle to and from the airport was perfectly arranged!

Nauka and Davide very helpful people!!! Pick up and returning the car was very nice without any issues!

I booked online a Fiat Panda (or similar) and they gave me an Indian car never heard before ( Mahindra KUV100 ). On the 4th day the clutch broke down and I had to call the service (tow truck).
The car was new with only 8000Km, and after a quick search in internet, it is extremely common for this cheap cars.
I had to pay 200€ for the taxi to be brought to the car rental in Brindisi (I was in Matera).

The rental car is charging me 355 € for the tow truck + refuse to cover the taxi that I had to pay to come back to them to collect a new car.

Not to mention the scratches that were not noticed upon delivery and luckily we have photos as soon as we picked up the car.

AVOID!!!!

Ho prenotato online una Fiat Panda (o simile) e mi hanno dato un'auto indiana mai sentita prima (Mahindra KUV100). Il quarto giorno si è rotta la frizione e ho dovuto chiamare l'assistenza (carro attrezzi).
L'auto era nuova con solo 8000 km e, dopo una rapida ricerca su internet, ho scoperto che è estremamente comune per queste auto economiche.
Ho dovuto pagare 200 € per il taxi per arrivare all'autonoleggio a Brindisi (ero a Matera).

L'autonoleggio mi ha fatto pagare 355 € per il carro attrezzi + si è rifiutato di coprire il taxi che ho dovuto pagare per tornare da loro a ritirare un'auto nuova.

Per non parlare di graffi che non erano rivelati al momento della consegna e per fortuna abbiamo le foto appena presa l’auto.

EVITATELO!!!!

I rented a car for a family holiday in Puglia from Viaggiare last month. We were landing at Brindisi airport and many other car hire co's were sold out. We decided to give Viaggiare a go, and I'm glad I did.

I've had bad experiences with other car hires in Italy and France, but these were great. See my separate review of Europcar Bordeaux on Trustpilot on April 22nd 2025, for example. I took lots of photos of every little mark on the car when I received, but they were so friendly when I dropped it back - there were no issues.

The rental location is a 10-12 minutes ride from the airport but the shuttle was prompt.

Excellent Service

Simona and Naile, were amazing, but the whole team we dealt with was very helpful.
We had an issue with our flight being delayed and they were very understanding and accommodating.
The prices are much lower than the airport rentals and just a short journey and they picked us up quickly.
Highly recommend.

Quick pickup from airport, service at the office was also speedy and also v friendly. Naela looked after me when I picked the car up and dropped the car back - and she was brilliant - thorough, professional and very friendly.

Very good overall. Very kind lady helped us, her name was Nalia or something like that? Car was very clean and was easy to use.

Fantastic customer care, particularly Nails and another lady. They were both helpful and knowledgeable. The only problem was the location of pick up and drop off. We hired twice at 23/7-2/8 and 7/8-12/8.

Overall a good experience. Good value. We took the insurance with the booking and they tried to offer us alternative which we declined. Car was basic but did the job. Regular shuttle to the airport.
