Brilliant service, a little difficult to find our way back but Chiara helped via telephone. Lovely car will use this company again

A very bad experience.
First, I lost my credit card the day before leaving. Despite several suggestions from me (payment possible with a credit card by phone, other cards, someone else with me who could pay with their credit card, cash, etc.), they refused to accept it, and the only solution was to take out full insurance (twice as expensive). At that point, I was able to leave the deposit with my other card...

Second, I received a very aggressive call the evening after returning the car, telling me I hadn't returned it. At first, they refused to accept that I had indeed returned it. They then called me back 10 minutes later to tell me they had made a mistake.

Very helpful staff. We arrived late at night and they were very helpful getting us on the road very quickly. And when we returned the car, it was a very speedy process thanks to Niele (Hopefully spelt correctly) who was very helpful.

The car was fantastic, excellent AC ventilation. Chiara, the lady in the office where we dropped the car off, was very pleasant and professional. I would definitely use this rental company again (Viaggiare). Nice puck up a d drop off at the aiport too. Thank you.

Good car condition and friendly service. Android auto was included which made navigation seamless. The rental facility is outside the airport but company provides free shuttle service.

There are far too many 'dodgy' or poor service car hire companies in Italy. This is not one of them. May I recommend you try them? You will not be disappointed!

The girls at the counter Nadia & Chiara were really nice and very helpful..they processed the collection efficiently and gave us help with local info.
The return also went very smoothly so we will use this small company again

We had a great experience renting a car for our holiday in Puglia, pick up and drop off were seamless and the staff made it very easy. Would recommend.

Antonio and Erica were great at the drop off. Make sure your on time with pick up as they only give an extra hour. Drop off point is not at the airport in Brindisi so ring ahead beforehand for location if you need it.

A couple of days ago, my parents visited and were greeted by the incredible Naila. I just want to say she delivered one of the best customer service experiences anyone could ask for. She went above and beyond to help them, and I’m truly grateful. We’ve been there many times, and it’s not always easy to find someone who’s bilingual—so that made a big difference. Huge thanks to Viaggiare Rent, and especially to Naila, for making their visit so wonderful. We’ll definitely be coming back. A big thank you from California!
