Maura was a great help and a very friendly person! It was a perfect service with her. We rented the car fast and could start our journey immediately after our arrival!

It took the employee over an hour to prepare our documents for the car pick-up.

The Check out from the car was fast and easy. Conversation during the Check in was good!

If I could put a 0 star rating, I would! Avoid at all cost! We rented a car in Olbia and returned it in Cagliari. When we did the check in we pointed out a dent and a scratch on the door that were not on the contract. They told us they would put it down and to send pictures as proof to a phone number via Whatsapp, which we did. When we got to Cagliari, they told us they had no record of the scratch and dent so we had to had done it. We showed them all the proof and they told us to send it to a different number, which we did . They then proceeded to charge us for the dent and scratch, without reviewing the pictures (to this day still unseen on whatsapp, no reply to our emails). We've called plenty of times, sent emails etc. everytime they tell us "Daniele" isnt here and he will review this as soon as he can. it's been 3 weeks, they charged us without checking the videos and pictures and "Daniele" is still missing. A scam of a company! AVOID! oh and for the automatic replies contract OT6271

Good price. Good car. Good service

One advice. Make sure that you record the fuel level at pick up and it is also written on the form by the staff.
Make a picture and a video and send it to them straight away to aviod future problems

All ok, car was great. But our flight was delayed and had to pay 60€ for arriving 40 mins after the office closing time despite the staff still being there regardless of our late arrival

I rented a car for 15 days, where everything went well, without setbacks; I also hired a certain insurance paid directly to the counter of the rent a car. On the day of delivery of the car, the girl inspected the car in detail and finding nothing, told me that I had to pay the car wash of € 25, because it had a lot of sand!!
I think this attitude was completely unfounded, not for the value. but for the justification in raising more money with the car. In my opinion they were not correct, as they seem to be looking for something to increase the gains! More morals, please.

I rented a FIAT Panda from Tue 11/6/23 to Sun 16/6/23. When I arrived at the desk of the Viaggiare Rent I was told that none of my three credit card were good enough. They explicitly wanted a 'debit card' and they charged me an extra 35 Euros per day ( 175 Euros in total) for this minor detail which to me does not make sense.
Furthermore they blocked 250 Euros from my bank account. On Sunday 16/6/23 I brought back the car to them in the same condition that they gave it to me and the Viaggiare team member that inspected the car told me it was ok and that my 250 Euros will be unblocked in the next 30 minutes. Six days have passed and my 250 Euros are still blocked. I went to my bank that there they told me that "Viaggiare" has blocked the 250 Euros until 8/8/2023, that is more than three weeks after that I took back the car to the company. I think that this is not acceptable. I tried to contact the company by phone and they hanged up on me. I wrote them emails and they this not answer me. Now I am writing this review here, because this company cannot be left treating its clients like this without any consequences.
One last important point, the car I rented had the (good enough) driving performance that I expected from a FIAT Panda, but it had something in the seats that made me, my wife and my son all itch everytime we stayed in it. Maybe it has "bed mites" or some similar infesting bug because we noticed small red spots on our skin which are still there after six days and most probably they are "bed mites" bites.
I am sorry about all these negative points, but they are the truth. Viaggiare clearly needs to take better care of its cars' upholstery and its clients.

Would not recommend. Charged us for a ‘dent’ in the hubcap. Initially they said they charge for a scratch bigger than 1cm, we asked to measure the scratch (as it’s definitely less than 1cm) and so then they say it was a dent not a scratch, so they would charge regardless of size.

The employee also tried to get me to sign and accept the damage, giving no indication of how much said ‘damage’ would cost me. Clearly making it up as they go along, not worth the hassle

Total scam, they find damages once you have returned the car and they block your deposit... Stay away from them!

Very professional service and availability. Picking up the car took a little while but the waiting time was enjoyable because we had a very pleasant conversation with the staff at the reception. The service was very courteous. We would use the services again.

A positive experience. I have come across many horror stories of various car rental companies who literally seem to include fraud as part of their service. So, I decided to research and book my car through a Company that has good reviews. There are very few, and this one was one of them. Prices seemed fair and transparent too, so I booked. You need a Creidt card or else you need to pay the full insurance. (which is worth it imho as you have nearly full peace of mind.) - They said that the only things you will still be liable for are when fault occurs due to your own negligence example driving wrong side of the road, or drunk driving etc. Otherwise, you are fully covered if you bump in wall or anything else. The car (cinquecento) was in very good shape and you may drive unlimited miles. The Deposit was also released on the same day of return. The only downside was trying to return to the garage. It is worse than a maze, and google maps do not take you to the garage but to the departure area of the airport! I finally decided to just park somewhere and walk to their offices where the kind lady walked to the car with me and checked and retrieved the car. Will definitely book with them again.

Had a very good experience with Viaggiare and I will certainly recommend my friends and clients to choose it. Their level of professional service was outstanding as well as their friendliness and above all my assistant in this case, Laura, who has the most wonderful smile...reflecting the beauty of Sardinia itself!

Total disaster! I rented several cars using other companies and I have never come across something like that before. The car was nice but on return, we got info that the car was damaged by us and then charged 315€.
Although I send them a video with the visible damage already on the car at the moment I rented it and a picture of the check-in report with the scratch already marked on it, there is hardly any contact from them- they are ignoring each email. The only thing they can say is: please contact Your broker to compensate for the extra charge. For me, it is nothing else than spoofing both insurance companies and customers.
I am no longer asking for serious feedback on my emails. I already forwarded this case to European Consumer Centres.

Gret service, the car was new and clean and we got upgraded because they did not have ready our car and did not want us to wait. Also so much good information of what to do and where to do. Amazing.
