I rented a car in Catania airport, a couple of days later the diesel car I had needed the ADBLUE. I stopped and refuelled the car with the ADBLUE, I asked the petrol station to give me my credit card receipt and their receipt. I left the almost empty tank in the car. When I returned the car, the lady at desk told me that they do not deal with refunds, she apologies for the inconvenience about the fact that the car had not been checked properly and asked me to get in touch with their office for the refund.
I emailed the receipts to their office and after weeks of chasing for a reply I was told that they will not refund me because I had to get an authorization from them before repairing the car! What if this happens out of office hours? This is not a repair, it is just something they did not check before giving me the car! Be careful, perhaps they are cheap but this is reflected in their customer service and their cars.

Very good experience overall
Very good experience overall. I was a bit concerned that hidden costs might pop up as the rental price was lower than all the other companies, but this didn't happen at all. Arrived much earlier than the booked time hence the car was not ready (not their fault), I was given another option of a car which was not clean, which I took immediately as it was more important to be on my way than to have a very clean car. Documents check and payment went very smooth. Also at the checkout I left the keys and received everything on my email. In 2 hours I had the confirmation that everything was ok with the car and in another hour the deposit was canceled, which was another positive surprise. Overall price is the best, car (Toyota Aygo X) was decent for a Sicily trip, car was new with 28k km. No hidden costs, common sense interaction. Will rent from them again next year.

It was a great experience
It was a great experience. Good service. I was a little worried because i saw also bad reviews but for us all went well. I took the all included insurance. I paid a little more but in my opinion it is worth it. I will rent again from this company if i will need to rent again. Thank you

Booked the car via Internet site
Booked the car via Internet site. Picking up was easy, 2 people before me in line. The car was with 9K km mileage, almost new. Returning was pretty fast, at the parking lot, inspection of the car lasted no more than 5 minutes

It was an amazing experience
It was an amazing experience in Catania airport. We booked through check24. The checkin and checkout were without any problems. I suggest you to make videos of the car with all the damages so you have proof you didn't do them.

Great car and service
Great standard of car, smooth pick up and drop off procedures and helpful staff. We hired through Autoeurope and took up their full insurance option.
No issues with hidden charges or false damage claims as indicated by some other reviewers. Would definitely recommend this company.
We did struggle to find the pick up office at Catania airport as it is quite tucked away but no issues once we knew where to go.

Good car with nice staff
Good car with nice staff. Kiosk a nightmare to find at Catania Airport as car rented was under Green Motion company but signage was very unclear and we were not told to look for the Viaggiare kiosk

The car was booked online through Green Motion by someone who uses their services at least twice a year. The selected package included several benefits, such as insurance coverage that was supposed to include the excess fees in case of an accident or theft, as well as a low deposit of €200 upon collection. However, when I arrived to collect the car, I was informed that I was not covered for the excess and that the deposit would actually be €500. Despite showing the email and the voucher I was instructed to print and present, both of which clearly stated a €200 deposit, I was told this was not their policy, and I had to pay the €500 deposit. This discrepancy caused some confusion and was quite unexpected.

Do not recommend
At pick up we needed to pay a lot more money than originally in the agreement, this was for insurance which we payed by forehand but on location the lady said we needed to pay again. We ended up paying almost the double amount… We thought maybe it was a misunderstanding so our whole vacation we tried to contact Viagarre but no one picked up or responded. When we had to bring the car back, we asked the man who was working. This man was very unfriendly and denied everything en denked his responsibility. He acted like he had nothing to do with it and said he didn’t work for Viagiarre?? All with all we left and thought we’ll try contacting them back home. It’s now a month later and no one responds to our emails, messages or calls. So please don’t go here, they’ll rob you blind!

Scratch without costs
Upon returning the car, we found a little scratch in the front of the car. Probably from a small stone from the road.
Since it was just a small scratch and not something we could have prevented, we didn't get charged any money. Thanks a lot for that, that was a big relieve.

We rented the car from Viaggiare in Catania airport, and everything went smoothly, pick up and drop off was very quick and with no problems. The refund of the deposit came back in 3 days. We were very satisfied with their services!

Very good service
Very good service, car, everything.
We hadn´t troubles of any kind and I would fully recommend the service. The provided car was different but the same category, it was new Ford Puma with less than 10.000km, android car included, automatic transition,... The checkin was little a bit slower than expected, but ok. And self checkout.
I think, a lot of unsatisfied customers just don´t read conditions of the rental and then are surprised, unprepared, over-demanding. Of course there are sometimes different reasons, or some misfortune. Fortunately I didn´t run into some complicated situation, crash or steal...
