Viaggiare had excellent, friendly staff who made the process a pleasure! The car was in excellent c0 ditipn and it was well worth the monwy! I would recommend it.

Very good to have à service at the agency early in the morning. Easy to leave the car. The réception of the car was very long. From airport until we got the keys it took more than 1 hour. Automatic car instead of a Classic one but after some kms it was ok. Thank you.

The overall experience was great. Good value for money. We rented a fiat panda which was way cheaper than if you booked via the 'big' companies. The pickup from the airport was nice and easy as well. The only remark is about the insurance. At arrival we were asked if we wanted insurance, which was already included. Then we were explained that the insurance was with an external company and we couldn't call viaggiare if anything was to go wrong. we didn't pay for the optional insurance but it would be wat more easy of you just have the insurance included at all times. So that could have been better

Desk clerks are very nice and helpful. Getting and returning the car was very quick and smooth. The only complaint I have is about the need to pay extra insurance, over and above the insurance I had already paid through the application that I made the booking.

Ok nice car 🚗 and nice service , only transfer time slowly not frequently as we wanted .. is pain they don’t have office at airport or closer place to get the car

Okay, but it seems quite impossible to get a Fiat 500 in Italy as rental car:-(

Brilliant service. No hidden costs and the car was fantastic.

They scammed me. They hid the kit to repair a broken tyre in the back. They did not tell me that it was even present. They only told me to take a video of the outside of the car and clean the car before giving it back. Once I went to return it, the lady went straight to the truck and found the used kit. I travelled for one week all over Sicily, it would have not been possible to do so with a broken tyre. She also agreed that the tyres were not damaged or broken. It was obvious that they left the used kit there to charge user after user. Also, leaving a used kit is quite dangerous for everyone using that car. Horrible service. DO NOT RENT HERE

Clean cars inside but dirty outside. Coule bé gratuit with a cool carwash before taking the car.
Agence ans agents are very ok and professional.

The staff was super polite, helping us from WhatsApp when we were looking for the shuttle. When we collected the car, they were super helpful giving recommendations of cities to visit. We went to most of them and they were so worth it. We really appreciate they taking the time to talk to us about the cities.
When we returned the car, the office was still closed but someone was there to collect the keys and they were very friendly too.

Leaving a review seems to be the only way to get in contact with this company. They took 500 euros from my credit card after I returned the car with no explanation and refuse to reply to my emails asking why.

A special thanks to Carmelo, at the day of collection everything seemed to go wrong. Took us a lot of time to decide about extra insurance - Carmelo was so patient with me and my friend and we were very surprised and grateful! Then the car we booked, wasn't driving well and I had a big trouble driving it. Again, Carmelo took care of changing the car with a lot of professionalism and patience. At the end, I wasn't able to put the car in reverse, and Carmelo came again and helped. Amazing experience!

Viaggiare rent is perfect, the staff was very kind. The only drawback is the powerless of the car (I took a Fiat panda)

Everything was ok. We were waitinng only 15 minutes on the airport for them to pick us up. I got very simply instructions to where do we need to go and wait. Everything else was good. The pick up of the car, the return of the car. The employees were also nice.

Everything was fine! In our opinion, the car itself (Fiat Panda) was a bit old. For instance, a Bluetooth connection for music was unavailable. There was, however, a USB connection, which was a bit iffy. When I went back to ask about it, she just said it was broken and there was nothing to do about it. Not very good service, but it was a small thing, and we managed to fix it ourselves later. The car was also not very clean inside as most chairs had (salt water?) stains. Nothing too bad, though. The car drove fine and served us great. The price was good and we had no issues with damages and stuff.

I asked for my money back and cancell the contract we made on the 10 of June because finally we didnt rent the car due to the company was completely incompetent and disloyal with us.

We asked for a childseat 9-18kg (I can show you that this is like that in our contract with auto europe) and after paying the money for this and the car insurance plus sign the contract, the assistent came with an elevator (for up to 4 years old kids) saying sorry because it was the only chair they had.
This is serious. This is ilegal for our baby and completely unsafe. So we couldnt accept it!

After being there 3 hours until 10 pm with my baby after a flight, loosing a big amount of time for our holidays and no getting more solutions than "this is what we have", we had to ask for the money back, cancelling everything. Company didn't give us any solution at this time in the night and for the money of auto europe they asked me to ask them the amount that I had paid by internet a month before. They don't deal with this part at all. And with anything actually. They have no taken responsibility for anything! We had to look for another car in other company by ourselves! Unreal!

So, I asked them for a document that would assure me that they would return my money because it was too much for me to continue telling me that at the moment they could not. They did not provide it to me either the mandatory complaint form that I also asked for. So I just had to trust his word, after all.

Today, on the 12, I still don't have the money in my account or any contract termination document.

Thank you in advance. I am really dissapointed with the company and the poor management and attention.

I hope you will consider this serious problem and resolve it as soon as possible, otherwise I will be forced to take legal action.

Scammers, will try to scam you and charge extra for anyway they can such as a cleaning fee when you drop the car off.
