The website was a bit difficult to navigate when trying to add a car seat; however, at least they offered the option as most other similar companies do not. The pick-up and drop-off process was simple and straightforward, with the deposit released almost instantly. The car was clean and reliable. Would highly recommend as had no issues with them whatsoever and the price was the best available in the area. Will definitely use again.

Car was great, but....
Car was great, competitively priced and we were on our way from Pescara airport within half an hour. So all good then.
I would have given Viaggiare 5 stars had it not been for my experience when returning the car. Upon our return we were approached by 3 or 4 men (who presumably valet the cars before the next customer). They said that the car was too dirty and we were asked to sign something that accepted this! I refused to sign because I did not accept that this was the case. This could have been quite an intimidating experience for some. I had hired the car for nearly three weeks and yes, it would need to be washed; cars sometimes do! It was in no way however in a condition that could possibly be considered to be unacceptable. Would I use Viaggiare again? Absolutely, but I do think they need to review this aspect of their operation.
I note from their reply to my review ”except for wear and tear proportionate to the duration of the rental". Exactly my point, the cleanliness of the car was proportionate to 3 weeks use. They have also now deducted £20 from my card.
Would I use again? Absolutely not.

per our terms and conditions "The Customer undertakes to return the vehicle, together with its accessories and documents, free from things or goods, in compliance with the times and places indicated in the rental contract/letter, in the same conditions in which it was delivered, clean included, except for wear and tear proportionate to the duration of the rental and the mileage travelled."

Unprofessional amount of time to wait
Why is it deemed acceptable to have an empty office at the time you are due to pick up your car and the staff on the end of the phone think it is acceptable that they come 30 minutes later to check you out,because they are "washing cars"?Does this seem professional to you?
