Great customer service.
The rental experience was great, we were given a small car, but it didn´t have windshield wiper fluid, I went to fill it up and found that the engine oil cap was missing, checked the levels and reported inmediately, they organized a replacement car (upgrade) without any issue.
Very happy.

Horrible experience.
1. The car wasnt ready on time, had to wait for a whole hour.
2. Rented a Fiat Tipo Aegea with large trunk and they gave us a small Renault Clio - saying "it's the same"
3. The car has very weak engine, problems overtaking even small lorries, definitely the cheapest they could buy.
Don't rent cars through this agency!

Definitely recommended and good service... just disappointed because we reserved a Fiat 500, even paid extra for 'ELITE' and in the end there is no Fiat 500 in their offer, only Fiat Panda... and that for a rental company in Italy ;). .. we opted for a Skoda, completely new size and of course we had to pay €48 extra. Ultimately a very comfortable car and yet overall very satisfied with the service. will definitely book a car with them again next time, and now we know that Fiat 500 is not available... :)

The service and help from Sara was exceptional and even though I was running late due to a delayed arrival I was reassured that she will be there to deal with the handover. We found the car to be clean and the whole process was seamless.

They must fix the petrol tank/guage
We filled the car full of petrol before returning it.You could not get any more in the tank.We were still charged for filling it with petrol.We showed all the mileage we had covered and other evidence ,but it was still not enough for the agency.Suggest that this is the way that they make their money.Make sure if you ever choose to use them.Make a video of the whole outside and inside of the car and the mileage and fuel levels Will consider whether I will ever use them again after this very poor experience.

We rented out a car in September.
We rented out a car in September.
The car was filled half with fuel so we told at the reception.
It was ok they said we know you can bring it back half full. We brought the car in perfect state and half full.
They charged us 24 euro’s from our account. Untill now after writing many e mails to several e mail addresses we still don’t know why.
Because they never answer.
That’s a shame.
